Byråkrati och förvaltning är väl inte de mest medryckande signalorden och för vissa kommer vi kanske verkligen att förtjäna epitetet ”Sveriges tråkigaste podd”. Vi själva däremot tycker det är mer än intressant och spännande med utredningar och vad offentliga beslut bygger på för underlag.
För att sprida aningen mer ljus på det offentliga maskineriet har vi därför skapat SOU-podden med fokus på svensk förvaltning och då främst de statliga offentliga utredningarna (SOU) (https://www.sou.gov.se).
Vi tar upp och diskuterar innehåll, förslag och kvalitet på olika utredningar, främst men inte uteslutande inom områden som vi har ett hum om som digitalisering, säkerhet, integritet och informationshantering. Där utredningarna inte ges tillräcklig uppmärksamhet griper vi in. Givetvis förbehåller vi oss rätten till att ta upp det vi känner för även om det ligger utanför kommittéväsendets ramar som till exempel myndigheter egna rapporter med mera.
Vi som är erbjuder oss som era SOU-guider är två luttrade tidigare tjänstemän, Fia Ewald och Calle Lilius, som läst otaliga utredningar och remissvar.
