  • This is the podcast for "too much" moms who feel like they are failing at motherhood and don't want to fail anymore. Your hosts, Stacey Hutson and Stephanie Sprenger, two ADHD moms of four girls ages 4-18, most definitely don't have it all figured out. But we know one thing for sure: understanding our brains is the key to enjoying our motherhood, and our SELVES again.

Here, we are brutally honest about our ADHD motherhoods (the missed Spirit Weeks, the mountains of laundry, the nostalgia for our old "fun" pre-mom selves) so you know you're not the only one struggling.

When we don't know the answers, or aren't qualified to give them, we bring on the experts. Mental health therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, women's doctors -- we want to learn from them all. Because we believe once you know how to work WITH your ADHD brain rather than against it, it changes everything.

You found your people. We're them. And you're us. Let's figure this out together.

  • This podcast is all about unlocking the secrets of discussing those awkward, cringe-worthy, and often uncomfortable topics.

Now, letโ€™s be real: talking about hard things, for a lot of us, is like assembling IKEA furniture. Itโ€™s confusing, frustrating, and sometimes you end up with an extra screwโ€ฆwhich, letโ€™s face it, is basically a metaphor for our emotional lives.

But, what Iโ€™ve learned over the years as a Therapist and Relationship Coach is that the comfort comes from knowing how to talk about hard things well, not in knowing how to avoid tough conversations like the plague. In fact, the key to emotional intimacy and deep, meaningful connections is the ability to have hard conversations.

Yep, you heard it right. When the thought of saying or hearing, โ€œLetโ€™s talk about it,โ€ doesnโ€™t make you want to run away like a startled squirrel, thatโ€™s when the magic happens.

Cozy up, and letโ€™s dive into the delightful world of awkward chats, vulnerability, and the occasional overshare.

Lifeโ€™s too short to avoid the tough stuffโ€ฆand not talking about it is like trying to hide a giraffe in a phone booth.
