Persistent and Nasty is a script-reading, debate and art as activism initiative for women and gender minorities in the stage and screen industries. We are committed to an intersectional approach and aim to use the space we’ve created to provide a platform for the spectrum of marginalised voices in our culture.
Through a series of script readings, live debates and a regular podcast series, we aim to amplify the unrepresented voices in theatre and film.
Our goal is to create a project that is safe and supportive, but that is also an act of protest. Persistent and Nasty is about changing the cultural narrative through the stories we tell. -

In jedem von uns steckt ein Diamant … auch in Dir ...
Wolltest Du Dich schon immer einmal wie ein echtes Model fühlen oder gar in die Rolle Deines Lieblingsstars schlüpfen? Oder brauchst Du einfach eine Portion Selbstwertgefühl, weil Du mal wieder mit Deinem Spiegelbild auf Kriegsfuß stehst und Dich alles andere als schön findest?
Dann ist change for a moment genau das Richtige für Dich!
Aus eigener Erfahrung weiß ich, wie sehr einem Selbstzweifel und mangelndes Selbstvertrauen im Weg stehen können. Hinzu kommt der tagtägliche Einfluss der Modeindustrie und der „Roten-Teppich-Gesellschaft“, von dem sich viele Menschen blenden lassen. Ich wollte ein Statement setzen und aufzeigen, dass ein Großteil dieser strahlenden Cover-Gesichter keine allmächtigen Naturschönheiten sind, sondern eine clevere Symbiose aus Make-up-Art und Fotoshop. Allen voran wollte ich beweisen, dass in nahezu jedem von uns ein atemberaubendes Model steckt und sich niemand aufgrund seines Äußeren „klein halten“ muss.
So wurde vor gut 15 Jahren mein „Baby“ change for a moment geboren.
In change for a moment erlebst Du eine einmalige Verwandlung, die Dir im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes die Sprache verschlägt – und das ganz ohne Fotoshop!
Dieses rund dreistündige Shooting lebt von dem Vorher/Nachher-Effekt. Du kommst also als „Normalo“ in mein Atelier, nimmst vor einem abgehangenen Spiegel Platz und gibst Dich vertrauensvoll in meine Hände. Ich werde Dich dann mit einem professionellen Make-up und Haarstyling gekonnt in Szene setzen. Dabei richte ich mich natürlich nach Deinen persönlichen Wünschen. Anschließend kommt mein Lieblingspart: Ich lüfte den Spiegel und Du darfst Deine Verwandlung mit eigenen Augen bestaunen! Damit Du Dich immer an dieses Erlebnis erinnern kannst, schließen wir das Shooting mit einigen coolen Fotoaufnahmen ab, von denen Du Dir einige Deiner Lieblingsbilder mit nach Hause nehmen darfst.
Das Besondere an meinem Angebot ist, dass Du alle Leistungen aus einer Hand erhältst: Sprich – ich allein bin Dein Dienstleister: angefangen vom Make-up, über das Haarstyling, bis hin zum Fotoshooting. Du musst Dich also nicht ständig auf neue Leute einstellen, sondern ganz allein auf mich.
