Provide information on how we can help the environment from home

So much of who we are as individuals is stripped and then enriched by parenthood. A singular purpose with transcending universality.
For most mothers there are so many silences that deserve to be held together and vocalised in safe spaces free of judgment.
The Mommy mixtape is a compilation of voices from mums who are still figuring things out. No advice, no sermons, just mothers bearing witness to each others journeys and taking solace from stories that we all can relate to in some measure. Two psychologist moms and a stay at home mum come together to put forth alternative narratives on being a mum.
The podcast is an attempt to initiate conversations around motherhood and maternal metal health by presenting perspectives from mums who are winging it and winning. -
Just havin some quality fun with friends ahahaaa ๐ค๐ค๐คก

Do you wish you could just GET THINGS DONE so you can be free to pursue your passion and NOT feel guilty about your to-do list? Are you tired of waiting patiently for the day your kids are all in school so you can finally take time for YOU? Is the chaos in your home and your mind driving you to distraction...leaving you wondering if you’ll ever trust yourself enough to really follow through on what you feel pulled to do?
I’m so glad you’re here! Each week I’ll help you create clarity, find your focus, and get things done so you can switch off from your to-dos and tune into your passion and potential.
When you learn to prioritize YOUR WAY, you realize it never had to be about the kids coming first, or your partner taking precedence, or honing the housework, or pushing what YOU want aside at all.
Hi, I’m Jo, mom-of-three, pilot wife, and Life Coach for stay-at-home moms. For the first seven years of being a mom, I longed to start a blog, yet never once put actual pen to paper.
I told myself I’d have time once I stopped breastfeeding; once I’d decluttered our home; once my husband was flying less; once the kids were all in school.
I finally realized that if I wanted to free myself from the loop of “one day when”, I needed to learn to prioritize what mattered to me, let go of outside expectations, and trust that what I wanted was meant for me - TODAY!
I created a simple method that will teach you to see yourself as more than your productivity and to create calm so you can get what matters DONE - and I can’t wait to share it with you.
If you’re ready to be present with your kids without feeling pulled in all directions AND light yourself up in the pursuit of your passion WITHOUT doing more - you’re in the right place.
So take a deep breath in, remind yourself you’re worth the effort, and breathe into your knowing that you are capable of anything YOU decide you want for yourself. Let’s go, mama! -
Parenthood and maintaining a healthy relationship are ambitious endeavors.
Being fully aware, you armed yourself with all the latest books, articles, podcasts, and resources, committed to being present and strong for your family.
Yet, despite embracing every piece of advice and strategy in your search for reassurance, there are times you find yourself wondering why the harmony, connection, and closeness you envisioned seem out of reach.
If this rings true, let me tell you: it’s not you!
It’s what they didn’t tell you.
The parenting guidance and strategies we read online lack depth.
They hardly ever address the transition into parenthood and the profound impact this has on our identity, partnerships, and ability to show up as the parent we wish to be for our children.
But guess what? We’re about to turn that around.
Hi there, I’m Markella Kaplani. A clinical-counseling psychologist, a parenthood and relationship Coach, a matrescence coach and facilitator, a former special educator, and a parent myself.
In my 15+ years in counseling and coaching, I know this to be true: once a parent is truly supported, not only through being given techniques to overcome parenting challenges, but on a personal and relational level, then the entire family can thrive.
So, welcome to the Parenthood and Relationship Podcast!
Here, we learn to grow individually, normalizing and validating the processes of matrescence and patrescence (i.e. struggling with identity, mom guilt, dad guilt, postpartum rage, work-life balance, etc).
We also grow together by unraveling how parenthood affects marriage and what stands in the way of following the actionable parenting strategies that we know are helpful.
So, if you’re feeling ready, let me hold your hand while we tackle intriguing, yet difficult topics, with compassion and curiosity.

Once upon A Time .
Long Long Time ago .....
There was a forest by a city.
The forest was the home of many animals.
Among them was a jackal.
One day just as he was about to enter a big house he heard the sound of loud barking. To his horror he saw a group of dogs running towards the house.
They looked fierce and the jackal was soon trembling in fear.
He ran willy-nilly and tumbled right inside a tub of blue dye.
The dogs missed him and ran the other way.
By the time the jackal climbed out of the tub he was dyed blue from head to foot.
He looked really strange and totally unlike any other animal's.
The jackal was very happy.
He Said to himself ...!
"No one will be able to recognize me now "
I can easily fool everyone in the forest."โจ
This is a story of trying to become someone els.
The moral of the story is , that false appearances and deceit can only go so far.
Sooner or later, the truth reveals itself, and those who deceive others will face the consequences of their actions.
I Hope you will like it .
Thank You

Once upon a time, in a dense forest, there lived a mighty lion.
One day, after a satisfying meal, the lion decided to take a nap.
He found a shady tree, lay down under it, and soon fell fast asleep.
While the lion was sleeping, a little mouse was scurrying around, looking for food.
In her search, she accidentally ran across the lion's nose,
waking him from his slumber.
The lion, being the king of the jungle, was furious at being disturbed. With a loud roar, he placed his massive paw over the tiny mouse, trapping her.
"Please, mighty Lion," she squeaked, "let me go! If you spare my life, I promise I will one day repay your kindness.
(The rest of the story is about how the mouse helped the Mighty Lion) and about kindness and making friends , no matter how small or weak or big you may be ....
Hope You Like it.
