Professional Wrestling Career: Dwayne Johnson made his WWE (then known as WWF) debut in 1996 as Rocky Maivia, a combination of his father's and grandfather's ring names. He initially portrayed a heroic character, but the audience reaction was lukewarm. In 1997, Johnson turned heel and rebranded himself as "The Rock," a charismatic and trash-talking villain. This transformation marked a turning point in his career, and he quickly became one of the most popular wrestlers in the industry.

In 2011, Johnson's acting career reached new heights with his role as Luke Hobbs in the "Fast & Furious" franchise, beginning with "Fast Five." The character's popularity led to a spin-off movie, "Hobbs & Shaw" (2019), co-starring Jason Statham. Johnson's other notable film credits include "G.I. Joe: Retaliation" (2013), "Pain & Gain" (2013), "Hercules" (2014), "San Andreas" (2015), "Central Intelligence" (2016), "Moana" (2016) (voice role), "Baywatch" (2017), "Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle" (2017), and its sequel, "Jumanji: The Next Level" (2019).
Business Ventures and Philanthropy: Dwayne Johnson has also found success as a businessman. He co-founded the entertainment production company Seven Bucks Productions, which has produced several of his films and television shows, including the HBO series "Ballers" (2015-2019), in which he also starred. In 2020, Johnson and his ex-wife Dany Garcia, along with investment company RedBird Capital Partners, acquired the XFL football league.
Johnson is known for his philanthropic efforts and dedication to various charitable causes. He founded the Dwayne Johnson Rock Foundation, which works with at-risk and terminally ill children. He has also been involved with the Make-A-Wish Foundation and has granted numerous wishes for children battling life-threatening illnesses.
Personal Life: Dwayne Johnson married Dany Garcia in 1997, and they have a daughter together named Simone. The couple divorced amicably in 2007. Johnson then began a relationship with Lauren Hashian, with whom he has two daughters: Jasmine (born 2015) and Tiana (born 2018). Johnson and Hashian married in 2019.
