    A través de la voz de diferentes expertas y expertos llenaremos nuestros oídos con relatos que nos transportaran a territorios diversos donde comunidades locales ante eventuales problemas con algunos de sus vecinos silvestres han encontrado soluciones que les han permitido coexistir positivamente a todos y todas en un mismo territorio.

    Uno de los propósitos que busco con los podcast de Coexistencia: Compartiendo el territorio, es divulgar las iniciativas que han intentado o están logrando generar interacciones positivas entre humanos - vida silvestre, principalmente pero no exclusivamente en América central y del sur.

    Otro propósito es crear un primer puente sonoro entre Colombia y España, de experiencias sobre coexistencia entre humanos y vida silvestre, que han encontrado soluciones a dificultades que se dan en ambos continentes siendo las más comunes pero no las únicas, la depredación de ganado por diferentes carnívoros, la muerte de varias especies de carnívoros a causa de las percepción negativa de los humanos, el tráfico y comercio ilegal de especies silvestres entre otros.

    Otro fin no menos importante es crear redes colaborativas con y entre personas, organizaciones de diferentes oficios y disciplinas, investigadores, que vivan en áreas urbanas o rurales que les interese el tema: coexistencia humano – vida silvestre.
