6 years ago I set out to run a couple laps at the local track. I barely survived 800m, but it woke something up in me. If you asked my old self whether I could run 10km, I would have laughed in your face. I have run over 15,000 km since that date, and more importantly I have met the most amazing and interesting people. This podcast is about them. Their stories, their dreams, triumphs, and hurdles that make us all human. Thank you for listening, and following.

...are you in it for the long run? -

A show of conversation focused on positivity and encouragement, centered especially on the runDisney community. Here the focus is on getting people enjoying running at all levels, in normal clothes and costumes, and living all around the world. We all bring something different with us, face different challenges, and commit different amounts of ourselves to this sport and community. That's not just ok. It's worth celebrating.

Join us on our journey into opening up the conversation about the highs and lows of competitive running and in particular, the struggles we, as athletes, face due to lack of education around “taboo” subjects, using our own experiences and guests’ too; no topic is off limits!!
“In It For The Long Run” represents those who prioritise longevity and love for the sport over short term success and PBs, and also our love for long runs of course!
Join us every week as we share our (unsolicited) advice and answer your questions in the hope to help other athletes facing the same issues. -
Kelsey Hogan and Adam Fearnall are partners in trail running and in life. In Trail Emotion, we explore the spaces between ultrarunning, ourselves, and our emotions by talking with ultrarunners and about trail running, but also by talking to people who don’t think of themselves as runners at all!
