這個節目專門聊心理學,不管是生活、育兒、司法、自我成長...等,只要跟人有關就有心理學在裡面。但我們不是心靈雞湯那種感性的,而是大腦牛肉湯那種理性的。透過理論與科學研究來談心理學,而不是哪個大師說了算。
