先週の週末に旅行をしました。ホテルに泊まりました。Booking.comで予約しました。

カレーを作る時は大きい鍋でたくさん作ります。次の日も食べられるし、3日目にはカレーうどんを作ることができます。残った料理を捨てるのはもったいないから好きじゃありません。カレーうどんみたいに残り物で作れる料理は、食べ物が無駄にならないし、新しくご飯を作らなくていいし、おいしいから大好きです。

私は毎日おみそ汁を飲みます。日曜日にうちでみそを作りました。
うちのご飯は日本食が多いです。みそをよく使います。いつもアジア系のお店で買いますが、自分で作ることもできます。初めて作りました。材料は大豆と塩と麹です。まず、豆をつぶします。それから、つぶした豆と塩と麹をまぜます。よく揉みます。これで終わりです。かんたんで、おもしろいです。すぐに食べることはできません。4ヶ月待ちます。
