My sister Faren (@studiofaren) is a clinical therapist, art therapist, and artist. We have a deep conversation about self-awareness, becoming the compassionate witness of our feelings, and how to mature from an immature woman (maiden) to a mature woman (mother). We discuss how mom guilt is a messenger and there are many branches and roots of mom-guilt: high expectations of women from society, ignoring intuition, or continuing generational patterns we don't align with etc. This conversation emphasizes the need for women to reassess their values and make conscious choices that align with their authentic selves!

Rachel @racheljane (one of my best friends) and I have a raw conversation about bringing consciousness to every area of her current maiden life: dating, health, food, body image, God/religion, finances, shopping, etc. After being depressed for many years, her life transformed when she tried hypnotherapy for the first time! She discovered a much deeper relationship with God and is now on the path of discovering who her authentic self really is. She is shedding victimhood of her period pain and learned how to alchemize PMS pain by recognizing lineage beliefs about womanhood and now loves to create ritual and ceremony during her bleed. She has learned that dating is a complete mirror of our inner beliefs..... but we need radical self-honesty to see it.
We hope to have more conscious conversations together in the future so let us know what you want to hear in the realm of healing, being conscious, finding the authentic self, and maidenhood: [email protected]

She discusses her first birth and how she did not feel safe with her midwife, which lead to a homebirth transfer to the hospital and a multitude of lessons! Emily emphasizes the power of suggestion in birth, the influence of who is in the room during birth, and the challenges of breastfeeding her first baby which helped her fully step into her Mother role powerfully to find her voice and intuition. She has learned that deep attunement and connection between mother and baby is everything. She highlights the importance and the need for mothers to trust their instincts, which is why she created a course for mothers to fully step into their role instead of outsourcing to others.

We discuss the organic process of learning, the significance of presence and observation in parenting, and the emotional conflicts that can affect health. The conversation also delves into the principles of German New Medicine, emphasizing the connection between the mind and body, and how awareness can lead to a more peaceful life.

I have been studying German New Medicine for over two years and it has changed my life and gave me TRUE FREEDOM!!! I now trust my body and every healing symptom that arises! I no longer need to be in fear about germs, infections, gluten, food, EMF's, etc!! In this episode I discuss my real life body symptoms with the laws of GNM applied: itchy arms, seasonal allergies, stiff knees, stiff neck, my husband's double ear infection and his breast cyst. I still have so much to learn, yet I feel its important to bring this information to the people who are ready.... GNM requires a shift in consciousness and the commitment to drop victimhood of the body.
German New Medicine (founded by Dr Hamer) is the most brilliant science of the human body: when the brain experiences emotional shocks, the entire body responds to the emotional shock, but the specific emotion correlates to a very specific organ/tissues. Therefore, when there is resolution of the emotional shock, usually that is when body symptoms like headaches, rashes, cancer, stiff neck, etc occur..... it is the body in the healing, repair phase. The body is always doing the most intelligent choice even if we don't like it, or it hurts, or its uncomfortable.
