  • Solo Retreats for Self-Development: A Personal Journey in Nepal

    In this episode of This Daring Adventure, I share insights from my personal solo retreat in Nepal, emphasizing the benefits of spending time alone for self-reflection and planning.

    I provide an on-location update, detailing her experiences in Kathmandu and a peaceful resort, where she was able to focus on meditation, yoga, reading, and journaling.

    I find solitude very transformative and I've used this time to review Q1 and I discuss using Dr. Benjamin Hardy's one-page report for goal setting and reflects on personal growth and the importance of identifying aspects of life to refine or relinquish for goal achievement.

    If you are at all interested or curious about having your own solo retreat, I definitely highly recommend it. It is an opportunity for fostering self-awareness and development.

    Regardless of how much time you might have, I encourage you to allocate time for yourself. Spend some time getting to know yourself better and building your relationship with yourself. It is always time well spent.
