  • After almost five years and over 200 episodes, the Roll or Die crew are sad to announce the departure of cohost Anton Harrison-Kern from the podcast 😢 Anton was the creator and mastermind behind the idea for Roll or Die and has been instrumental in its success.   • Mike Day is an OG with quite the story to tell. Over a 24 hour period last month, he turned 50, received his black in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and married his beautiful partner Maya, in a surprise wedding (disguised as a 50th birthday party).
