Along with the decision to homeschool came the decision to focus on raising your children and creating the family that reflects your values and goals. But it's really easy to get sidetracked with "shiny objects" calling for your devotion.

But what if you truly make homeschooling and the lifestyle that encircles that and motherhood your most important priority? What would your life look like? And what would the ripple effect be?

  • Diet culture has really messed with many women for way too many years. I fell into the trap of believing whatever the latest trends were. And consistently, I didn't feel or look any better.

The ups and downs of the messaging women receive is so confusing and leads many of us to wish we had a different body and could just lose weight.

Today, I am sharing a little from a lifelong journey and the major takeaways I've discovered in the past 2 years. There have been highs and lows and after sharing a bit on Instagram, this episode has long been requested.

My hope is that you can hear your story in mine and decide to make some really positive changes for your physical fitness after listening to this episode. I know it's not my regular content and we'll be back to homeschool topics next week, but I pray this episode blesses you.
