It P1$$es me off to no end hearing about how another individual has bought into a copy and paste style program from an influencer only to have workouts set for them that didnt meet them where theyre at, didnt account for their pre existing injuries and left them feeling like a failure with no results to show for it.

Its frustrating that even going to the gym, watching what you eat and being consistent isn't producing fast enough weight loss for the time and energy you're putting into your health.
