The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly summit on Neutralizing Workplace Racism 01/31/25. A tragic aviation collision resulted in 67 deaths when an army helicopter collided with an American Airlines passenger flight which plunged both aircraft into the frigid Potomac River. Before the victims could be identified or fully retrieved, our new president blamed the horrific incident on failed "DEI" policies and the antics of our former president. This week, Trump held a spicy press conference where he insisted that air traffic control is a demanding job that requires "geniuses," not unqualified lamebrains who are signed on to fill quotas and diversity objectives. President Trump lamented the Federal Aviation Administration's work to hire people with disabilities, and, without evidence, suggested these hiring goals contributed to the crash. We also hear how black entrepreneurs are impacted by the calls to boycott Target department stores in the wake of the corporation's decisions to renege their "DEI" commitments. These vulnerable business owners think they may lose out if black people don't walk the aisles to find their products. The Palisades fire has killed at least a dozen people and devastated thousands of acres of property. There were mandatory evacuations in areas of Los Angeles County where Gus T just visited (Santa Monica, Malibu). Gus' number one gripe while visiting SoCal was the toxic air quality. What's better than breathing? With the devastating fires, the air quality is even worse now. And if all this wasn't enough, there are widespread reports of "looters" ransacking evacuated houses. All of the reports Gus has seen thus far depict non-white "looters." We'll be mindful to ask how folks have conducted themselves during the finale of the holiday season. However, the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. holiday is looming, and the tackiness will resume. We'll see if non-white listeners work jobs that provide end of year "bonuses" - actual cash as opposed to a satchel of roasted peanuts or a half dozen day-old bagels. A large number of White workers hold posh private jobs where they receive bloated end of year payouts - that may or not be legal. We'll also discuss the ongoing investigation into former New York City Police Chief Jeffrey Maddrey - who's accused of using his NYPD position of power to solicit sexual favors from a female subordinate.

A reported Terrorist attack in New Orleans, Louisiana hours into 2025 resulted in15 people being killed when a motorist drove a truck over a pedestrian path in the French Quarter. The attacker, Shamsud-Din Jabbar, engaged in gun fire with the police and is reported to have had explosive devises as well. Hours later, a Tesla cybertruck exploded in front of a Las Vegas, Nevada Trump hotel. The White motorist may have been deceased prior to the detonation. President Joe Biden announced that at this moment, there's no evidence linking the Nevada and Louisiana attacks. A black male, Shamsud-Din Jabbar, is suspected of acting alone in New Orleans and of being influenced by the terrorist group ISIS. The Nevada attacker is reportedly a Colorado Springs White Man and former Green Beret who has not been connected with ISIS. Both suspects have military experience and spent time at North Carolina's Fort Bragg. Gus T. emphasized the number of black male veterans who've engaged in recent acts of mass violence. The Katherine Massey Book Club @ The C.O.W.S. hosts the debut study session on the late Dr. Maya Angelou's The Heart of A Woman. This is a rare "double dip" for the book club, as we read I Know Why The Caged Bird Sings in the summer of 2014 just after the transition of the famed author and Wake Forest scholar. Ironically, when The C.O.W.S. last read Dr. Angelou, she was frolicking as a young lady in San Francisco. Gus T. was inundated with the life and literary work of Dr. Angelou during his recent Golden State sojourn. And it took Gus seeing the documentary film Soundtrack to a Coup d'État three times to accurately write down the title Heart of a Woman. The extraordinary film on the assassination of Patrice Lumumba is "receipt-heavy," and Andrée Blouin and Dr. Angelou's respective memoirs are just two of the many books in the project. Importantly, a White Man in Carlsbad, California is being investigated for communicating with Rupnow and plotting his own terrorist attack with improvised explosive devices. A pivotal figure in the history of counter-racism/anti-colonialism throughout the continent of Africa, Blouin is not as well known as South Africa's Madiba and Winnie Mandela, Kenya's Maus Maus and other freedom fighters who participated in combating White Terrorism in Africa. However, Blouin was of monumental importance and, consequently, a target of CIA/White Supremacy campaigns. Gus T. was ignorant about Ms. Blouin, but she was prominently featured in the new documentary, Soundtrack to a Coup d'État - which examines the assassination of Patrice Lumumba. The film makes time to quote from Blouin's autobiography about the efforts to assassinate she, her family and Lumumba. Last week, Blouin described herself as a "militant," but made time to say: "It would be unfair to say that all the whites in the Congo were detestable (Racist)" Gus noted how cliché this remark is - especially for a "militant." She then turned to say the real enemies of Africa are Africans (non-white people). She also described the extraordinary faith Patrice Lumumba placed in her - including battling on her behalf publicly. This would seem to contradict the notion of legions of sexist black males who seek to dominate females. During our last study session Blouin detailed how Sékou Touré dramatically impacted her thought, speech and action. He motivated her to Produce Justice and counter the rampant "tribalism" - tendency for people classified as black to squabble with other black people over trivial concerns. She contrasted the White Male ambition with the alleged cowardice and abuse of black males. This didn't sound like her mother's former partner Joseph Mialou, a decent black male whom her mother rejected. Ironically, Blouin's mother castigated her for being tragically involved with a White Man. Racist Suspect and champion of White Women's Rights in the workplace, Lilly Ledbetter died this week in Alabama at the age of 86. During President Obama's first time and first year in office, Ledbetter stood with the former president as federal legislation was passed to help White Women close the so-called gender pay gap. Meanwhile, non-while males and non-white females continue to lag behind the wages of White Men and White Women. We're over half done with the month of October, which means next month's presidential elections is closing. Non-white people are encouraged to remain codified in the workplace with our mouths closed about the ballot box and all candidates. Williams' family reports that even after the execution they continue to receive death threats. At Pennsylvania's Gettysburg College, an unidentified member of the school swim team has disenrolled after charges that someone used a box cutter to scratch niggra on the chest of a black student. No criminal charges have been filed and the alleged Race Soldier has not been identified. The Department of Justice charges that the Lexington, Mississippi police are engaged in a pattern of terrorizing black citizens - which includes sexual abuse. This is not the same location as the "Goon Sqaud" - that's Rankin County, Miss. The "Magnolia State's" favorite son, drug addict, NFL quarterback, Brett Favre was grilled by congress this week for allegedly looting Mississippi's TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) funds. The Context of White Supremacy welcomes Dr. Dave Tell. Co-Director of the Institute for Digital Research in the Humanities, Dr. Tell’s work “focuses on issues of race, memory, and the digital humanities. Since 2014, [he’s centered] on the legacy of the murder of Emmett Till in the Mississippi Delta. As a long-time partner with the Emmett Till Memorial Commission of Tallahatchie County, Inc., Dr. Tell’s work has a strong public focus.” Gus was motivated to read his 2019 publication, Remembering Emmett Till, after hearing a recent report where Till’s attempted family alleges that Suspected Racists are currently financially profiting from landmarks and memorials to the lynching. Dr. Tell’s work is uniquely and meticulously focused on the correlation between geography and local White Supremacy/Racism in the Mississippi Delta. He highlights the role of the black journalists like Moses Newson, Clotye Murdock Larsson, Simeon Booker, Ruby Hurley, and even activists Medgar Evers and Dr. T. R. M. Howard who all helped reveal truth about the Racist White Goons who lynched Till in Sunflower County, Miss. We even note the heroic efforts of privileged black male Willie Reed, who heard the murder happening on the plantation/property of Leslie Milam, brother of one of the killers.

The Context of White Supremacy welcomes Ben Rappaport. A graduate of the Hussman School of Journalism & Media at UNC-Chapel Hill, Rappaport is a reporter at the Border Belt Independent. On last month’s Compensatory Call-In, Gus T. shared an audio interview where Mr. Rappaport described his investigation into the Abandoned Pools of Columbus County, North Carolina. There’s such a robust, global record of people classified as White laboring intensely to restrict black people’s access to pools and beaches. Racists have closed, bombed, and poured acid in pools to keep out the niggras. A Professor of Critical Race Studies at the University of Birmingham’s School of Education, Professor Gillborn editor-in-chief of the journal Race Ethnicity and Education. “His research focuses on race inequalities in education, especially the role of racism as a changing and complex characteristic of the system.” Gus T. monitored the recent White rioting and hooliganism in the United Kingdom, as hoards of White people violently demonstrated their rage about non-white people and support of White Supremacy. The Democratic National Convention descended on Chicago last week to celebrate VP Kamala Harris's nomination as the Democratic candidate for president. With all the foot traffic and out-of-state tourists' dollars, an actual convention was hosted for black entrepreneurs to market and sell their products and services. Gus ain't sure how many White people made time to patronize black businesses while in the "Windy City." A graduate of Ohio State University's school of economics, Wishart is a White Man who studied with and worked as a research assistant for Dr. Trevon D. Logan and may have had his own Olympic dreams of taking a medal in the long jump or hurdles. Dr. Logan is a privileged black male and esteemed economics professor at OSU. We’ll discuss their working paper documenting the role of White Women in the sale and purchase of black slaves in New Orleans. Dr. Logan and Mr. Wishart build on the scholarship of Stephanie Jones-Rogers and her seminal work, They Were Here Property: White Women and the Economy of American Slavery. The new report emphasizes that White Women’s economic independence was directly tied to their investment in the Plantation System of White Supremacy. The dat suggests that in some regions, White Women were more involved in the trading of niggras than White Men. Importantly, Gus and listeners were surprised to learn that Mr. Wishart's name is printed first on this report. Dr Logan is a published black instructor with a doctorate degree. Wishart is a White Man who just finished his undergraduate classes. The University of Washington's Special Collections's Book Club examines Mat Johnson's Incognegro: A Graphic Mystery. Gus was fascinated to learn more about a book club with mostly White people reading a comic book about the lynching and castration of black males. The author, Mat Johnson, is so pale that he might be able to "pass" as a White person. This greatly influences the narrative, where the main character "passes" as a White man to investigate the wrongful imprisonment and planned lynching of his black brother - who has too much melanin to "pass."
