This week is a solo run as I take a break from the guest conversations. I am in the process of writing a book (working title is Behind The Facade) and today's episode goes into some of the thinking that has gone into the book. The promise of the book is to provide you with in depth insights into how I built my real estate portfolio with a full warts and all account of my struggles during the economic collapse following 2008 and the painful lessons learnt that now stand to me.
