  • This week, we're unlocking a Patreon exclusive episode onto the main feed while the Otherworld team finishes up some new episodes that are coming very soon!
The topic of UFOs is very complicated and, at times, overwhelming due to its rapid changes. For that reason, I began interviewing people who dedicate their lives to these topics and hold a wide range of beliefs. My goal is to talk to lots of different people on Patreon and hopefully cover this topic from all angles.
In this interview, I speak with Diana Walsh Pasulka. She holds a Ph.D. in Religious Studies and is a professor at the University of North Carolina. Diana got sucked into the world of UFOs during a wild series of events that is documented in her book, 'American Cosmic.' This book tells the story and the six-year-long ethnographic study she did on UFO believers through the lens of Religion. She also has a new book out now, titled 'Encounters: Experiences with Non-Human Intelligences.'
