Lincoln Wright
We have Lincoln Wright from Paint on Plastic in for a deep dive chat. Lincoln is an internationally known Science Fiction Modeler from Australia, and a worldwide ambassador for Maschinen Krieger (MA.K) outside of Japan. Lincoln also has a modeling community of Science Fiction modelers called Paint on Plastic, with a website, Facebook page, and a multi-million view YouTube channel. We discuss his history, painting approach and philosophy, views on the hobby, and some exciting new publications coming soon!
TJ's compressor is back for more attention, and we catch up with what's new with the three of us, and the Plastic Posse Podcast community, including the Golden Sprue Awards results. TJ stirs a little controversy along the way, and we have a great time.

Modeling Inspiration

Martin Kovac aka Uncle Night Shift
We have a great conversation with the one of the most popular modelers on YouTube - Martin Kovac. Uncle Night shift currently has over 120K subscribers and is pretty much the GOLD standard for modeling videos. He has a great sense of humor and we discuss models, weathering, and of course - his hatred for pineapple on pizza!

Mental Health and Scale Modeling, plus Jon Bius!

Warhammer!!
TJ Haller takes a deep dive into his process for painting and finishing his Warhammer miniatures and vehicles. He covers primer, paints, airbrushing, sequence, chipping paint, and decals. He also manages to stir a little bit of controversy along the way! :)

Airbrush Painting Basics

Dave also brings us up to speed on his impressive Real Space modelling in 1/72 scale.
We discuss a new initiative called the Golden Sprue Awards, an exciting new website poll that has been created by Warren Starrett. Warren can also be heard talking about his initiative in Episode 91 of the On The Bench Podcast, and both the Plastic Model Mojo and Scale Model Podcast shows have recently discussed the Golden Sprue Awards.
We also discuss the basic type of airbrush paints – the types used, pros and cons of each, and who makes these paints. This paint primer will also be a foundation that we will expand on in future episodes as painting is a huge topic!
