In the second part of this episode, we're delving into how Strongman competitions work. How do you pull a massive airplane? What are some of the most horrific injuries that have occurred? And why is World's Strongest Man always sunny in December? Things also get deep, as the Stoltman brothers open up about some of the tough times they have faced along their incredible journey, and share some of the coping mechanisms and superpowers that have led them to where they are today.

GTCC LIVE! Yes, that's right - as you've heard Tom and G saying, we're going on our first-ever GTCC Tour this November! Get your tickets here: https://tourlink.to/CyclingClub
You read that correctly - we've got a Watts Occurring exclusive tonight! G called up his old mate Mark Cavendish and he was kind enough to join us to chat about his recovery from that heartbreaking Tour de France crash, his thoughts on today's stage and - as ever with two old mates - absolutely everything in-between.
Would his Astana team caught the break today? And what were Movistar doing in that leadout in Rome? Listen to find out.
We'll be back tomorrow for a stage 19 recap - and Luke will join us from Tour de Wallonie, as he continues his racing build up to the Vuelta.

A gentle warning that this is one of our darker episodes, and contains some troubling subjects. We are joined this week by Nina Hobson, who is an ex-detective, bodyguard and who now runs a counter sex trafficking organisation. She tells us about how the sex trafficking industry works, about some of the horrific cases of kidnap and violence she has encountered, and the situations she has been in involving pimps, and other members of organised crime groups.

This week, Joe and Tom meet 'Choccy' Joe, who is basically the real life Willy Wonka. He brings with him a chocolate box like no other, and non-choccy Joe basically eats all of them. In this episode, we learn how chocolate is made, which chocolate best for you, and that a new secret 'ruby' chocolate exists. There is also talk of a giant chocolate elephant and how white chocolate might not actually be chocolate.

Our guest this week is Adam, who runs a secret social media business for celebrities, and basically knows everything there is to know about social media. He terrifies Joe and Tom by telling them about how algorithms work, and why we all spend hours every day scrolling on our phones without actually taking anything meaningful into our brains. On a more chirpy note, he used to create passwords for Tony Blair and run Fat Boy Slim's twitter account.

There are two types of passengers at airport security. Those who come prepared with their liquids in bags, and no strange items in their cabin luggage, and those who don't. Which one is Joe? You can probably guess. He meets his match in today's episode, with our guest Charlotte, who is a manager at Manchester Airport Security! She tells us about the strangest items she has ever found in people's bags, the biggest bug bares when people don't pick up their trays and reason you can't bring a tub of butter on a flight with you. She also takes absolutely none of Joe's attitude, which is always fun.

A bonus episode for you which involves Geraint giving England and Harlequins star Joe Marler some tips on chafing, eating 700g of rice and urinating while riding. In return, Joe tells Geraint about the time he peed on the pitch. Enjoy!
