From the “fitness influencers” who don’t have any real qualifications, to the clients who sexualize those in the profession, personal trainers are constantly fighting an uphill battle to help give people the physical care they deserve. My wonderful friends Racheal and JR are joining the table to bust as many fitness myths as possible, give you all ideas on what you should expect from your trainers (including RED FLAGS to look out for!) and helpful tips and tricks to find the right fitness plans for you. Remember, taking care of your body is an important step in self care, but there isn’t ONE right way to do that. All of our bodies run differently, look different, and require different things!
