He shared how minor things cause oral cancer and how we can manage early signs of cancer known as pre-cancer condition. He showed us the best way of brushing our teeth and how to put the toothpaste the right way. He also shared shocking side-effects of not brushing our teeth at night, and how oral health affects diabetes, heart, lungs and other body parts. We further talked about what leads to bad breath and the connection between not brushing right and gut issues. We also talked about lesser-known facts about why kids get cavities and does drinking Coca-Cola really melts down our teeth.
Towards the end, we talked about teeth sensitivity, tongue cleaning, and many other areas of oral health. We then talked about how much investment it takes to become a dentist and busted some popular myths about oral health.
