I usually put a question post on my story feature in Instagram (@the_no_breakfast_guy) every Sunday and then answer those questions as best as I can in the 15 seconds that instagram allows me to.
However, this time I asked, what questions would you like me to answer on my podcast in more detail and to go into more depth to give greater context and hopefully a more clear answer to what you were asking.

This is by far the MOST asked question I get in the DM's of my instagram account and so I thought it is about time I made a podcast that will go into detail about what breaks your fast and what does not break your fast.
As the name would suggest, "break-fast" is when you are going from a fasted state to a fed state. While that might seem very straight forward, it can be confusing as to what actually breaks your fast. To get a little nerdy for a second, what breaking your fast technically is, is consuming anything that produces a rise in insulin which will take you from a fasted state into a fed state.

I am asked a few times a week... "Adam, how do I fast or make the no breakfast life fit my everyday when I am a shift worker and my day is never the same. Whether you are a paramedic, nurse, fire fighter or FIFO worker in the mines, fasting and the no breakfast life can also be for you.
While it might take a little extra work to make it fit into your lifestyle, know that I am yet to work with someone who can't make this life work for them.
