Most entrepreneurs feel trapped in their business.
Being imprisoned by the thing you have created is a real buzz kill.
Hard to enjoy the zillions when you resent the thing that’s creating it.
Why does this happen?
After all, there are so many strategies and tactics available to ‘buy back your time.’
If your nervous system was wired to survive in chaos, it will do anything to avoid ease.
When busy feels safe - space, simplicity and stillness feels like a threat.
(or at the very least boring)
Either way, this means you inject complexity & unpredictability into your business.
Ever wonder why you keep creating more stuff - more offers, more meetings, more “urgent” tasks to fill your calendar?
Well…busyness is the ultimate coping mechanism.
It keeps you distracted from the discomfort of stillness.
It gives you a sense of control when everything else feels uncertain.
And that constant drive to do more, more, more?
It’s your nervous system stuck in overdrive, craving the adrenaline of the next task, the next launch, the next shiny idea.
(not to be confused with actual ambition)
But here’s the catch:
This cycle isn’t sustainable.
And worse, it’s probably keeping you from the actual growth and freedom you started your business for in the first place.
Simplicity - focusing on fewer things, building systems that run without you, leaving space in your day, can feel terrifying at first.
Why?
Because simplicity forces you to slow down.
To trust the systems you’ve built.
To stop proving your worth through constant action.
For a nervous system wired for chaos, that can feel like losing control.
Here’s the truth:
Empty space on your calendar isn’t the absence of progress.
It’s the foundation for exponential growth.
(of course, you must be doing the RIGHT things when you do work)
If you want a business where:
Your calendar feels like a tool for freedom, not a cage
Your offers are simple, scalable, and wildly profitable
Your nervous system feels calm and grounded, even when there’s a lot going on
Then you have to make it safe for your body to not be constantly busy.
If you feel that resistance creeping in - the voice saying, “But if I slow down, everything will fall apart” - pause for a moment.
That’s not reality.
That’s your nervous system clinging to old patterns.
The work here isn’t just simplifying your business - it’s rewiring your relationship with safety, success, and freedom.
Btw this is one of the core things I work with entrepreneurs on in The Accelerator.
This is what leads to a business that just ‘feels right’.
It’s what allows you to get off the hamster wheel.
You don’t have to hustle your way to millions.
You can build it with ease.

Most entrepreneurs have subconsciously associated growth with pressure, pain and stress.
They didn’t choose this.
This is how most of us were conditioned.
Guilt, punishment, shame, penalties were used to mold us into ‘good little kids’ who perform.
In adulthood, this means that business growth is synonymous with:
Driving yourself hard often with self critical thinking + judgementSelf doubt, overwhelm, high pressure to get it perfectYou pack your calendar thinking if you just push harder, you’ll break through.Sacrificing rest, relationships & health because of the belief that success only comes to those who outwork everyone elseYou set impossible goals with impossible deadlines, believing that the more pressure you put on yourself, the more motivated you’ll be.
And sure, this might work…for a while.
But it’s just not sustainable.
Plus, if growing your business is going to create more pain, you will sabotage its growth - cause you’re already at capacity.
When we associate growth with pain, we unconsciously create pain to feel like we’re making progress.
We run our businesses like we’re sprinting a marathon, gripping the wheel so tight that we burn out way before we reach the finish line.
This isn’t just exhausting, it’s completely unnecessary.
Because there’s another way to grow.
And it feels way better.
Check out this 5 min clip from one of The Accelerator calls this week where I break this down
PS - this includes some of my edgiest, controversial opinions and graphic language - so consider this your disclaimer.

I get to work with some of the most wonderful entrepreneurs in the world.
Businesses doing 100k+ a year to those doing $500 million, with the odd billionaire thrown in.
Working hard, increasing your skill set, using the right strategy and system - these are all table stakes.
The real unlock comes from something much deeper.
I’ve seen this over and over again:
Unless the next level of your business feels safe to your nervous system, you’ll find a way to sabotage it.
When an entrepreneur comes to me because they are hitting a revenue ceiling, this is often at play.
Why does this happen?
The next level of your business will require you to hold more.
More money.
More moving parts.
More risk.
More visibility.
More expenses.
Once you reach your nervous system’s capacity for how much it can hold, you unconsciously start doing things to avoid growth.
More success literally feels dangerous and unsafe to your body.
You can try to brute force with your mind, but you already know how that works out.
This is why psychology, nervous system optimization and spirituality are woven into the work I do with entrepreneurs in The Accelerator.
One of the most effective ways to increase your system’s capacity to hold more…
(more responsibility AND goodness)
…is to allow yourself to be held by something greater than you.
(and I’m not talking about getting a coach, though that can also be helpful)
As an entrepreneur, you do a lot of holding…
You hold your team, clients, audience, family…the list goes on.
But who is holding YOU?
If you don’t have a connection with god, the universe, source - whatever you want to call the infinite intelligence that makes trees grow and your heart beat…
Then your capacity to grow your business, make more impact and receive more goodness will always be limited.
When we feel held, we can hold a lot more.
We actually feel safe, and we unlock more capacity for growth.
This came up yesterday on the Accelerator call and I clipped a 3 min clip for you:
On my business building journey, leaning into this has given me the ultimate advantage.
It’s allowed me to navigate challenging times, and really appreciate the positive in profound ways.
I hope this recconnects your humanity to your divinity.

Just consulted with an agency biz owner who's working hard to scale.
Arguably the easiest business to start, ridiculously painful to grow.
(and probably the worst to maintain…)
If you sell some sort of a ‘done for you’ service this is for you.
Most DFY service providers/agency owners are stuck in a cycle that feels impossible to break.
One moment, everything’s running smoothly—the clients are happy, revenue is growing, and your team is crushing it.
But then, all it takes is one bad month.
An ad campaign underperforms, a key team member quits, or a few clients churn.
Suddenly, you’re scrambling to make payroll, working even longer hours, and wondering if scaling your agency is worth all the stress.
If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
The problem isn’t you—it’s the model.
I want to share an 18 min clip from this call where I outline a step by step plan to scale using ‘done with you’ offerings.
The model I breakdown is designed to unlock more profit, more freedom, and less stress without sacrificing results for your clients.

If you’re working hard, doing all the things and still not getting the results you want…
…Doing more is likely not going to help.
Sometimes it produces the exact opposite effect.
Why?
Most likely, your business isn’t stuck because you’re not working hard enough…
…but because it’s outgrown its “pot”.
Just like a plant can only grow as much as its container allows, your business growth depends on the size of its “pot.”
Wtf is the pot?
It’s the architecture of your business - the model, structure, systems, and strategy.
These core factors either enable growth or constrain it.
When the ‘pot’ isn’t big enough:
The strategies that once worked start to produce lessGrowth feels forced instead of natural, you’re always pushingYou work harder than before but make less progressJust like adding more soil, sunlight, and water isn’t going to help the plant grow…
Adding more stuff to your business isn’t going to make a big difference unless you ‘house’ your work in the right architecture.
But the real kicker?
Many entrepreneurs don’t even realize this is happening until they feel completely stuck—or worse, want to burn everything down and start over.
(you may have seen a wave of successful 6 & 7 fig entrepreneurs in the last 12 months who shut down seemingly lucrative businesses)
There are three areas of alignment you need to avoid burnout and unlock ease.
This is from a conversation with a 7 fig entrepreneur who I’m helping redesign his biz for more ease, flow and joy.
Scaling doesn’t have to be a grind.
When your business architecture is aligned with who you are, growth flows effortlessly.

I suck at selling.
Marketing too.
I don’t try to convince anyone to make a purchase.
I overdeliver on workshops to the point that people don’t need to work with me in The Accelerator.
I actively tell people they have everything they require and they just need to implement what they already know.
I don’t hide the price behind a sales call disguised as a ‘strategy call.’
I don’t ‘handle’ objections.
I don’t make big claims to tip over those on the fence.
And I certainly don’t poke at people’s pain to make them question themselves and see me as their savior.
By industry standards, I’m doing more things wrong than right.
I’m regularly told that my approach is costing me a lot of money.
Yet, the business continues to grow exponentially…
Did I mention that the whole thing feels ridiculously chill?
And I get to help + hang out with people I ACTUALLY enjoy spending time with anyway in The Accelerator?
This is not the result of a carefully crafted set of sales ‘strategies’.
I don’t follow a script or a process.
There is no 4 step methodology.
That’s the paradox - it’s the absence of those things that has created all my success.
Do you want to know my super secret unfair advantage?
I actually care.
It’s not as cool as having a magic funnel that produces an instant flood of clients…
But to me - the heart is the key to the most fun, profitable AND fulfilling business.
For the first time on an Accelerator call I unpacked my philosophy on selling with love.
It was a beautiful conversation with one of our new members, Joe.
He’s a special guy and a really deep thinker and we went deep into the energetics of building a business with an open heart.
I clipped the convo for you to listen in.
Do comment if something speaks to you in this.

I just started working with a new client.
9 fig net worth.
More money won’t really change much.
Sure flying private is nice, but the moment to moment experience of life matters more.
We are working on a plan to help him 10x his wealth.
But not in the conventional way.
We are doing it by optimizing his entire life around one core thing:
Maximizing joy.
He’s going to become a billionaire either way (with or without my help).
But how he gets there matters to him.
Too many miserable ultra wealthy people in the world already.
Most think money comes at the expense of things that really matter.
Joy, peace, great relationships with a partner or kids.
I think the truth is the exact opposite.
If we build a life and business around feeling alive, turned on and enjoying every moment…
…financial success is the natural byproduct.
Hard to believe this when we are short on cash of course.
But just like gravity doesn’t stop working just because someone doesnt believe in it…
…this is a natural law of the universe.
Whether you’re trying to hit 6 figs or trying to become a billionaire.
You don’t have to choose between being wealthy and happy.
You just have to construct your game so it’s optimized for you (not some influencer on IG).
You may have to stop compromising on your deepest values.
You may have to choose to be radically authentic even when it feels challenging.
You may have to overcome discomfort to bring your vision to life.
I can’t tell you it’ll be worth it, you have to decide that for yourself.
But I can tell you that the universe is designed to be a catalyst for you to unlock the greatest version of you.
I want to share a 10 min clip from my last chat with him to show you a new ‘operating system.’

The biggest bull run for entrepreneurs is about to begin...
-
Avoidance, procrastination, resistance...
These are not the real problem.
They are the symptoms of a deeper structural misalignment.
In this segment from a coaching session with an Accelerator client, I break down why this happens for entrepreneurs and how to actually understand the internal conflicts you might be experiencing as 'getting in your own way'.

Most entrepreneurs think the reason why they aren't making more money is a lack of leads.
Generating leads takes a lot of energy, and it's often not the thing you should be focusing on first.
Do this instead.

This is a clip from a coaching session with an entrepreneur who I'm helping scale to 8 figs in the next 12 months.
Most business advice deals with strategies, tactics and processes to create outcomes, but ignores the biggest point of leverage in a business - the entrepreneur's consciousness.
Your consciousness is the birthplace of every idea, thought, action, feeling, sensation - basically everything you experience.
When you learn to map your consciousness and shift it at will, based on what you want to create in business, you unlock what I call 'god mode.'

The Art Of Crafting Your Perfect Business
-
A breakthrough that creates clarity is often followed by doubt, anxiety, fear, worry, second guessing or some sort of sabotage.
The main reason for this subconscious resistance is due to a deviation from your ‘set point' for ease, peace, safety and money.
The resistance and self-sabotage, is a ‘homeostatic regulator’ which is designed to keep us at our baseline, bringing us back to our comfort zone as soon as we leave it.
In this video I share my concept of the growth equation, and guide you through a process to minimize resistance so you can create sustainable growth.
Topics discussed:
- The Paradox of Founder Clarity and Self-Sabotage

Striving for growth from a place of perceived deficit or a need to prove oneself is an illusion and ultimately unfulfilling.
Instead, growth should stem from curiosity and a comfortable acceptance of where one currently is.
