Whether itβs abuse of power, a leaderβs moral failure, gossip, false accusations, unkind words, toxic culture, or something else... the Church is full of broken people. Most worship leaders can sing...but not all can sing harmony. The same is true with the singers on our team. You might have a singer with a strong voice but they struggle to find the correct harmonies.
