  • In this Interview with American Hard Enduro rider, Cody Webb we delve into some interesting topics starting off with a discussion about the differences between AMA and FIM Hard Enduro. With varying talent, formats and organization styles this is an insightful discussion. Cody has a strong trials background, arguably one of the few US riders with such a technical upbringing, he emphasizes the importance of these skills as foundational for hard enduro. We have seen many races in recent times focusing on more challenging and technical routes with less emphasis on giving riders a return on the resources invested into the sport. Cody shares his ideas on how the sport could be more attractive and motivating for juniors in the future. Lastly we discuss some iconic races from Cody’s past such as Tough like Rorr and Roof of Africa.

  • That’s a wrap! 🏆

The final day of 24MX Hixpania saw the riders race for 2 hours before entering the final hill climb area ⛰️

Conditions were cold and wet due to it raining all weekend. With the amateur riders tearing up the track in the morning the pro riders were left with a muddy and slippery course.

These conditions clearly suited the trials bike riders as we saw Billy Bolt lead from start to finish and take the no.1 spot 🥇. Mario and Mani had some tough competition but in the end, Mario was able to secure 2nd 🥈 and Mani coming in 3rd 🥉.
Graham Jarvis the silent assassin knocked riders off 1 by 1 and had a solid ride finishing in 4th. The last rider to make it to the top of Hixpania Hill was Wade Young claiming valuable championship points.

Let’s take a look at our FIM Hard Enduro World Championship results:
🏆 - Manuel Lettenbichler claims his 3rd championship title with 127 points
🥈- Wade Young finishes his best season yet with 109 points
🥉- Mario Roman takes the final podium spot with 108 points in front of his home crowd.

This may be the end of the 2024 HEWC, but it is not the end for us. We plan to continue providing in-depth content about the world of hard enduro and who knows maybe follow some Super Enduro while we are at it. You can count on us to have a podcast video every Monday, with the optional Friday as well.

  • In this episode, we talk about round 6, the penultimate round of the FIM Hard Enduro World Championship at the 2024 Sea To Sky in Turkey. The race organizers weren't lying when they said they had made this race more difficult by being part of the World Championship. It was undoubtedly the toughest Sea To Sky race yet.

Three days of racing in a stunning location gave us so much more than we were expecting. You have a beach race for qualifying, A forest race for starting positions, and a mountain race on the final day where riders climb 2360m to the top of Mount Olympos.

Billy Bolt came out swinging to the take win in the beach race, Wade Young showed us he still has more to give by taking the win in the forest race, and overall, your championship leader Manuel Lettenbichler took the win once again to continue his unbeaten streak and to distance himself even more in the championship points.

Some standout performances were Graham Jarvis, who took second place and proved he is still the king of Mount Olympos, and Mario Roman, who defied the odds and pushed through adversity to take the final podium spot.

We discuss everything that went down in all three days of this eventful and grueling race.

  • It is the 6th and penultimate round of the FIM Hard Enduro World Championship and the riders are heading to Turkey for the 15th edition of Sea to Sky. We had an opportunity to speak to the race organizers and get a good understanding of what to expect from this race. It is the first time this race is on the championship calendar and although many riders have been to this event before, changes have been made to provide a new and top-class experience for competitors.

We discuss how the event will work with the three-day format consisting of the beach, forest, and mountain race days. The riders will literally be racing from the sea to the sky and finishing at the top of Olympus Mountain. Billy Bolt is back in action and we believe he is going to be an awesome addition to the race and this could be the last chance for Wade to position himself close enough to Mani in the points to give us an exciting final round. • In this episode we talk about Round 5 of the FIM Hard Enduro World Championship at the 2024 Red Bull TKO, Tennessee Knockout. Not only was this an FIM race where we saw European and American riders go head to head on the streets and in the mountains but this also marked the final round of the AMA US Hard Enduro Premier Championship.

This race was the perfect spectator event! The American rider dominated prologue on the main streets on Nashville Tennessee gave us all the excitement and proved to use that the states has what it takes to give you your moneys worth. But don’t be fooled, with points on the line for the Hotlap the FIM riders came out swinging to claim their spots for the final race day on Sunday.

Intense battles between Manni and Trystan kept us all on our toes and let’s not forget the incredible performance by Junior Ashton Brightmore or Mario Roman absolutely pinning it. Lastly we give you a points breakdown for our pro championship riders before we head to round 6 at Sea to Sky.

Overall this race had guitars, leather boots, cowboy hats, premature celebrations and head to head battles… what more could you have asked for from the only American stop on the 2024 FIM Hard Enduro World Championship calendar?
