    About Dr. Aoife O'Sullivan:

    She is a medical doctor, specializing in the care of midlife women. She has a telemedicine practice called Portland Menopause Doc and works with Dr. Heather Hirsch as part of the Heather Hirsch MD Collaborative.

    She has studied and worked in medicine for thirty years. Helping women through the menopause transition gives her immense joy and over the past few years she has centered her practice more and more around menopause care.

    She is a board certified Family Physician, a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) and a member of the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health (ISSWSH). She teaches doctors in Oregon about this massive area of medicine, that has been neglected for the past twenty years, through educational lectures and also gives talks to businesses and local groups.

    She is very active on social media as @PortlandMenopauseDoc, a frequent podcast guest, proud member of the Menoposse and a loud advocate for women’s equality in healthcare.
