Kelly Packer is a LIGHT. She has always guided me on my path of both unbecoming and becoming my true self.
She dives deep into her dark night of the soul story where she discusses her physical, emotional, and spiritual ailments, then ultimately Kelly shares what tools and practices that she gravitated towards that fueled her healing.
Kelly makes me safe and seen. So much so, that I open up and share the story of my spontaneous kundalini awakening I had 3 years ago.
In this episode we explore the mysticism, symbols, and signs that life offers to us all at all times...all we have to do is start paying attention.

Kelsey Wells is a world renowned trainer for SWEAT. She is beautiful, smart, and driven, but above all that…EMPOWERING.
In this episode Kelsey so vulnerably opens up and gives us her story. She takes us back to when she was a young, new mother who was struggling with anxiety, and all the new pressures that motherhood naturally brings.
She gives us a play by play on how she motivated and empowered herself to change for the better mentally, physically, and emotionally.
We get to hear the story of how she became a SWEAT Trainer and ultimately got over her own fears and nerves about being seen and heard by millions.
This episode is incredibly motivating, moving, and encouraging….it’s like that talk we all need have with ourselves over and over again until it really starts to sink in.
She says it like it is; exercise isn’t just about aesthetics.
It’s so much more than that!
You can find Kelsey on Instagram: @kelseywells
Or train with her yourself on the SWEAT App. Her programs are: PWR, PWR at home, or PWR Post Pregnancy

This topic was requested by a few listeners, and, man. It was more difficult than I imagined it would be to wrap my mind around, and then try to convey to you all what key factors really did made an impact for me and my kids in the last 12 years.
I originally tried to go super broad with this topic, but realized I couldn’t. I had to go specific, and it had to get personal, because I think motherhood is the most intimate, and important relationship I will have throughly my entire lifetime... I’m sure of it. It’s also happens to be the most difficult, because there is simply no hiding yourself in motherhood. Your kids see you. ...so I didn’t know how to talk about motherhood without getting intimate.
In this episode I break down my top 10 “have-to’s” if you’re ready to go from surviving to thriving in your motherhood.
