Today's guest is Courttia Newland, Courttia is the author of seven books including The Scholar, Snakeskin and The Gospel According to Cane. His forthcoming novel A River Called Time publishes in January 2021. As a screenwriter, he has written episodes of Steve McQueen’s recent BBC series Small Axe.
