Tracy “Deeta” Williamson is a mixed media artist from Washington D.C. She established an early interest in art from childhood but rediscovered her love for God and art during the height of the pandemic. She creates faith based images inspired by Scripture, sharing her art through God’s heart. She lives in Maryland with her husband and son.

Victoria Steel is an imaginative realist/ representational fine artist. Victoria was born in Miami, Florida, but was raised mostly in Northeastern Pennsylvania. She now resides in Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey with her artist husband, Kevin Moore. She is Gallery Director of DETOUR Gallery, located in Red Bank, NJ. Victoria’s work can be found in private collections across the US, and has been exhibited at venues in cities such as NYC, Tulsa, and Philadelphia.

Paul Croswell is a former professional recording artist turned bestselling author of Life Balance. He has brought his creativity into many different fields including pastoral ministry and even now as a certified mental health coach and author. Paul now focuses his creativity in writing and design to help young professionals improve their work-life balance.

Rohini Sen is a New Zealand born artist, living and working in Brooklyn, New York City. She is a painter, draftswoman and printmaker, and works primarily in oil, graphite and charcoal. Her work pulls from her family heritage and her background in Zoology.

Jonathan Owuor is a multi disciplinary artist from Kenya, currently living in New Jersey. He just graduated with a BFA in photography and video and is now working as a photographer and graphic designer.

Stephanie Capili is an all-around craftsperson and maker pursuing creative work in ceramics, fiber arts, and illustration in Brooklyn, NY. Her main objective in this season of her life is being an artist and maker of her small business, Najé and Rose.

Joanna Isaac is a singer/song writer with a passion for dance. Growing up in India she was surrounded by her musically inclined, passionate and faith filled family. Her experiences and the creative inspiration of her grandfather led her to pass the torch through the next generation especially to continue the legacy of her son.

Heather Strazza is an artist from New Jersey. She grew up in a creative family and was always surrounded by art. It wasn't until her life dramatically changed that she found painting to be the part of her journey that would bring her a new and childlike perspective on life.

My desire for this podcast is to create a healthy and uplifting dialogue about mental health and creativity.
I will be speaking with fellow artists such as myself. We will be diving a bit deeper into the realities of the creative mind and how mental health is affected and managed throughout the creative process.
