Northwestern Lacrosse is back in the Final Four yet again and looks to defend their National Championship again this year. They will face off with a Florida squad which is white hot right now. The Gators got past North Carolina, Virginia and Maryland on their way to the Final Four. On the other side of the bracket looms either Boston College or Syracuse. We also look back at the Softball team's journey through the Austin Regional.

We are deep into NCAA Tournament Time for both Softball and Lacrosse. Izzy Scane broke the all-time goals record in the massive Lax win over Denver. Now the Cats head to the Elite Eight on Thursday against Penn. Softball gets a tough draw as they head to Austin to take on St. Francis, Sienna and #1 overall seed Texas in the Regionals. To help us break it all down, we welcome back Noah Coffman to the show.
-
What a weekend it was! Softball captured it's third consecutive regular season title and Lacrosse won the Big Ten Tournament and will go into the NCAA tournament as the #1 Seed. To tie it all together, we were so thrilled to be a part of a super successful tailgate in conjunction with the Women's Non-Revenue Sports fan group.
-
As we come to the final weekend of the Softball regular season, the Cats are in the driver's seat for the Big Ten regular season title. To talk all things Softball, we welcome Sydney Supple back to the show to catch us all up on her tremendous entrance into the Softball Media world.

Finally the Football team has a place to call home while the new Ryan Field arises from the rubble of the old barn. This fall, the Cats will be playing right on the lake, in a temporary stadium built up around Martin Stadium, the home of Lacrosse and Soccer. We are also excited to be a part of a big tailgate for the Women's Non-Revenue Sports Weekend on May 4th. Stay tuned for more details on how to get involved in that.

With the NIL landscape continuously in flux, we welcome back TrueNU's Jacob Schmidt to update us on what is going on with Northwestern's efforts and talk about a tremendous fundraiser they are running. Remembering Ryan Field is auctioning off amazing artifacts from Ryan Field before it came down and all the proceeds go directly to supporting TrueNU's NIL efforts.

It was an incredible weekend in Brooklyn for Northwestern. The Cats continued their undefeated record in the Round of 64 with a dramatic overtime win over Florida Atlantic. Even though they weren't able to pull of the incredible upset over #1 overall seed UConn, the Cats showed their heart and fought to the very end. Tonight, we look back at the weekend and relive the vibes of an incredible season.
-
For the second consecutive year and third time ever, Northwestern is dancing in March! The Cats earned the 9 seed and will take on Florida Atlantic, one of last season's Final Four. Looming behind the Owls is (presumably) the defending champion UConn Huskies. Joining us tonight is Scott Sepich, our resident Bracketologist to talk about this year's tournament.

The Cats finished off the regular season in style as they trounced Minnesota on Senior night. Boo Buie ended his Welsh-Ryan Arena tenure in perfect fashion, draining a 3-pointer from up top, whipping up the sold-out crowd into a frenzy. Now, with a double-bye in hand, they head up to Minneapolis for the Big Ten Tournament and get ready for their second consecutive trip to the Big Dance.
-
After an epic win on the road at Maryland, the Cats came home to take on the red hot Iowa Hawkeyes. It seems the injury bug has bitten them again as they played without Ryan Langborg again and also had Matt Nicholson go down with a lower body injury. With only 2 games left in the regular season, we'll see how deep the bench is as they take on Michigan State and Minnesota.
-
With all three Pirates in attendance, Boo Buie broke the record of John Shurna and became the all-time leading scorer in Northwestern Basketball history. We relive that amazing night and look ahead to the pivotal final four games of the regular season leading into the Big Ten Tournament.
-
With Boo Buie just 5 points away from becoming Northwestern's all-time leading scorer, we have history on the mind as we recap an absolutely incredible evening looking through the archives and diving into the artifacts, the history and the lore of Northwestern Athletics.
-
As the NU Basketball team gets back on track after a pair of tough OT losses, the Women of Spring start off their respective seasons with a bang. Lacrosse started their title defense with a resounding victory over Syracuse and Softball went down to the desert and came back with 4 wins in 5 games.
-
Coming off their huge wins over Illinois and Ohio State, Northwestern made the trip down I-65 to West Lafayette to take on Purdue and gave the Boilermakers absolutely everything they could handle. 2 games against Purdue, 2 games went to overtime. While the outcome wasn't what the Wildcats were looking for, there is a ton to take away from that game and the week as a whole as they head into the back half of the conference schedule.
-
After last night's titanic victory over Illinois, we just couldn't wait till next week to talk about this one. John and Erik found some time in the middle of the day to put down their thoughts about this epic win.
-
Tonight, we recap our fantastic experience watching the NU Hockey team in their home tournament, check in with the basketball team as they approach the toughest stretch of the schedule and announce the NU Night at the Archives event coming up in February.
-
With David Braun's coaching staff coming into focus, we talked with Wildcat Report's Managing Editor Matthew Shelton to get his thoughts on all the new hires as well as a brief look at the incoming freshman class of 2024.
-
As the 2023 College Football season came to an end with Michigan hoisting the trophy, we turn our attention to 2024 with rumors and reporting indicating imminent hires at both Offensive and Defensive Coordinator. We also formally pivot fully to Basketball season as the Men's squad dives deep into B1G play with a resounding win over Michigan State.

The saying goes "What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas", but for this Northwestern team, that Las Vegas Bowl trophy will be leaving Vegas and putting up permanent residence in Evanston. The Cats rode on the backs of the Defense and a gutsy performance from Ben Bryant and the Offense to grind out a 14-7 win over Utah. We take a look back at the game and start to put a bow on the 2023 season, one of the most inexplicable seasons any of us can remember.
