Ep. 68. Kevin is still living the chill life in terms of chaos and Niamh has re-entered an era of awkwardness. Both of the siblings have been suffering from hay fever recently and they are not enjoying it. Niamh has made another life change and decided to leave her current job role - a decision she was scared to make but is so so glad she did. Kevin also has a big life change happening in the next few months and is very excited for a new chapter of life!

Ep. 67. Get excited, cause it's time for a Kevin solo episode!!! This year, Kevin has had a pretty quiet life in terms of chaos. However, he had some fun recently involving karaoke, musical bingo and Gangnam Style. Niamh and Kevin have both been having quite chaotic dreams lately, but thankfully there hasn't been too much chaos in their real lives. They both talk about how the month of March was for them. Kevin's came and went and he feels it was pretty insignificant. Niamh had quite a stressful month but she feels a bit more ready for April. She is doing a 30 day challenge this month to try to feel better and get more active as she hasn't been feeling confident in her body at all these past few months. Beyonce came out with a new album which has now taken over Kevins life.

Ep. 63. Things have been pretty calm for Niamh and Kevin lately. The only chaos going on is lots of sneezing and dreams about penguins breaking phones. Niamh has made the decision to begin Mindset Coaching. This is her third form of "therapy" and she talks about how it feels to need external help when it comes to your mental health. Her and Kevin discuss how it's okay to ask for help and that needing external help doesn't mean that you are failing - it just means to can't do it all on your own. This is your sign that it's okay to ask for help. It's okay to need someone else to help you get through the tough times. You are not broken.

Ep. 61. Niamh and Kevin are finally back! They took a bit of a longer break than expected but they are so happy to be back recording together. Kevin had quite the chaotic start to the year however, it hasn't continued that way. He is loving life and enjoying himself at every moment he can. Niamh has been struggling a slight bit. New beginnings have not been everything she hoped, but she's trucking along for the moment. This year, the two want to focus on how relatable life can be for all of us and remind you that you are not always alone, no matter how lonely and hard life can be sometimes. Ep. 60. Kevin shares his chaos and it was witnessed by a stranger, don't you love when that happens? Niamh on the other hand had about 3 weeks of chaos in 3 days, we wouldn't expect anything less really. Then, it's time for the most anticipated day of the year (for the siblings anyway), Spotify Wrapped. Niamh and Kevin have two completely different styles when it comes to how they listen to music. Kevin is a lot more consistent with his listening and Niamh is just, well...hilarious. Hopefully you enjoy giggling along with them throughout the episode.

Ep. 51. Niamh and Kevin are back together again this week with an ever so slightly shorter episode than normal. Niamh explains what's been going on with her recently which included a trip to urgent care. Both siblings have chaos stories that involve cars. Ep. 50. It's time for a solo episode with Kevin! He has a lot of chaos for you this week including getting locked inside something and he shares one of your guys' chaos stories with you too. This episode is kind of a tribute to one of Kevin's favourites artists ever, CMAT. She came out with a new song recently called 'Where Are Your Kids Tonight? (feat. John Grant)', which you need to go listen to right after you are finished listening to this. The song really resonated with Kevin and he talked about what he took from the song, in particular how we all start to become similar to our parents. It also got him thinking about how the future is absolutely terrifying but also so exciting, because you never know what surprises may be in store for you. This episode is definitely up there with one of the best so, thank you Kevin xx

Niamh & Kevin are back with an episode filled with chaos. Kevin is being hate-crimed by a group of 10 year olds and he also has been keeping a secret for the past two months. Meanwhile, Niamh's chaos is probably something you would never ever guess. Over the past week Niamh was hit with a bout of homesickness so she touches on this and how she feels guilty that she doesn't want to move back home. The two talk about trying to enjoy each day as it comes and Kevin talks about how both himself and Niamh are grieving but in two very different ways.
