  • Today, Dale and Annabel dive into the world of newborn sleep— while they’re not experts, it’s something that’s front and center for them as Dale navigates it with her second baby and Annabel prepares for the arrival of baby number two. From sleep schedules to sleep training, Dale shares her journey of teaching her son to sleep and self-soothe, the differences she’s noticed between her two kids, and the valuable lessons she’s learned about tuning into each child’s needs. Annabel opens up about her toddler’s sleep journey, as well as the stigma and guilt often tied to sleep training and why, despite the judgment, it was the right choice for her family. Together, they discuss the pros and cons of different approaches, offer practical tips for new parents, and explore the various types of newborn nurses—from night nurses to sleep consultants—and what to consider when hiring one. Whether you’re in the trenches of sleepless nights or preparing for your baby’s arrival, this episode is full of honest insights.

  • One of the most talked about themes on our instagram: navigating in laws / parents. Everyone has their own family dynamic, but D&A shed some light on their personal experiences with their family and in-laws, as well as common family dynamics so many of us experience. They discuss the fine line between parents, ‘parenting’ us vs. being grandparents to our kids, the importance of clear boundaries and outlining roles / responsibilities and the need for mutual respect. While our parents / in laws may want to share opinions and advice for our own benefit, sometimes we as parents need to make our own mistakes and go through our own journey in order to learn and gain confidence as a mom. The mom / in law / parent relationship is a tricky one - we’re definitely not experts on this, but we are learning to set some important boundaries which we hope will help you on your own journeys.

  • Today's episode is truly special as we sit down with Jeanette Aranda, widely known as ‘Shut The Kale Up.’ Jeanette opens up about her journey through her husband's infidelity and their subsequent divorce, the incredible community that supported her, and the meaningful, honest relationship she cultivated with her two boys as a result. We dive into the beauty of embracing our imperfections, the importance of unlearning childhood patterns to parent consciously, and how to connect with your intuition and inner wisdom as a mom. Jeanette’s perspective is nothing short of inspiring—she lives by the mantra, “Life is happening for me, not to me,” even amidst life’s challenges. This episode is sure to leave you feeling empowered, inspired, and ready to embrace your own imperfectly perfect self.

  • An inspiring, “goosebump-inducing” episode on resilience and strength with Ann Marks - a single mom of three and the founder of full feedings: a supportive online program to help parents get more sleep, without having to do any drastic sleep training or letting your baby cry it out. Ann shares her raw and unfiltered journey, navigating the loss of both her parents, going through a rough divorce, all while simultaneously raising 3 kids and building a business on sleep to provide for her family (stark difference from her days on America’s Next Top Model). We speak openly about her grief, how she processed it, her best advice to anyone going through loss or divorce as well as those supporting those grieving. Ann’s attitude to life is so refreshing, it all came down to a choice - to continue showing up for her family, to make ends meet, and to let go of her past childhood patterns and parent from a more self-aware and conscious place. Be prepared to cry, laugh and fall in love with this amazing women through her story - no sugar coating, no striving for perfection, just real life.

  • An incredible raw and vulnerable conversation with ex Real Housewives of Toronto, Roxy Earle. Roxy is an entrepreneur, body positivity enthusiast, and incredible mama of two. This is a must listen episode on reinvention, resilience and loving yourself for who you are. Roxy shares about her life in the spotlight pre motherhood, thriving in public, yet crumbling in private. She opens up about her toxic relationship and how it ultimately brainwashed her, why she thought she was infertile and how her rock bottom enabled her to be the inspiring mom she is today. Roxy also shares the traumatic details of her second birth (trigger warning) which emphasizes how important it is to advocate for yourself. Such an inspiring story and such impactful takeaways around body acceptance, identity shifts, the importance of our self worth not being defined by our looks or accomplishments and as Roxy says, “never outsource your self-esteem”.

  • I’m sure many moms listening can relate, the pressure to ‘do’ is real. It was real before kids, but it’s even more accentuated post kids. D&A discuss how they’ve started to unlearn old programming of ‘do, do, do’, how taking moments for themselves to recharge is just as important and how multitasking, while sometimes a good thing, can also be detrimental. They also talk about the boundaries and systems they have in place to ensure they’re including time to rest, either alone or with family, so they can be present and recharged.

  • So many of you have asked us to share more about our careers so here it is! Spoiler alert, we both work full-time and More Than Moms was started as a passion project to quench our longing for community as new moms. We discuss our careers post-college and how they morphed into what we do and who we are today. While we have had very different career paths, we’ve shared many common themes including embracing change, taking risks, evolving, pivoting, and starting before we were ready. We speak candidly about how motherhood shifted our careers, our struggles / identity crisis in motherhood and how ultimately, motherhood allowed us to really uncover and show up as our authentic self, creating more alignment in our lives. We dive into identity shifts, not letting our career ‘title’ identify who we are, and the many parts of our identity aside from motherhood - because if you’re a working mom or stay at home mom, we’re all more than moms.

  • Tara Moni joins us today on the podcast! She had 3 boys under 2 (now 3 under 3). When her first son was 18 months, she welcomed identical twin boys into her family. She’s the founder of La Maregold, a resort-wear brand and a content creator. We dive into the unglamorous truths of what ‘doing it all’ actually means (spoiler alert, it’s not possible). Tara is unapologetically herself which is so refreshing, and shares authentically about the behind the scenes village that allows her to work, have a social life and make time for her husband/friends, all while having 3 young kids. As a girly girl living with 3 boys and her husband, Tara continues to foster her femininity and creativity through her love for fashion.

Tara shares her journey from running partnerships at SomethingNavy to venturing out on her own / starting her dream brand post kids - letting go of resistance to her changing identity and instead embracing it. We discuss how she skipped the transition from 1-2 and went directly from 1-3 kids, and how that impacted her identity, her relationship dynamic and her parenting styles. And of course, we get you some great styling tips on how to dress during pregnancy and postpartum from the queen herself - hint: effortless and affordable sets!

  • Intimacy (physical, emotional, mental & spiritual) evolves a lot during motherhood. For us, intimacy doesn’t feel as easy and ‘spontaneous’ as it used to be, it requires intention, nurturing and sometimes even planning now that we have more responsibilities. We chat through our love languages, our new definitions of intimacy and how we foster it in our relationships, false expectations, as well as learnings from ‘The Queen’s code’ by Alison A. Armstrong which has helped us better understand how men operate.

  • So special to have Michaela Podolsky on today’s episode. She has not done a podcast since 2021 (with her sister Arielle Charnas), so we feel SUPER honored she decided to share with us. We’ve both been following Michaela for quite some time, so this was a full circle moment for us. Michaela shares the realities of 3 under 3, what the hardest transition was, and how being pregnant for 4 consecutive years impacts your identity and relationship with your body. She also shares openly about losing a twin in her first pregnancy and navigating that loss, while moving to Florida away from her family in NYC who she is exceptionally close with. We dive into Michaela’s relationship with her sisters and how they’ve inspired her career / motherhood journey, as well as her relationship with her husband, Brett, and their secret to a strong relationship after 3 kids and 10+ years of being together. She discusses how she parents vs. how she was raised - including how her own mother instilled confidence in her at a young age. Overall, Michaela’s positive, glass half full attitude to life is incredibly refreshing and inspiring and we know you will love this episode as much as we did!

  • D&A get real about their relationships with technology - the sense of urgency that stems from our phones that tend to pull us from the present moment. We discuss the boundaries we’ve implemented to protect our peace, why we have to create intentional boundaries, how to notice when we need them, how to stick to them and also command respect from others. We’re in a world that can greatly benefit from technology, but we need to use it as a tool vs let it rule us, so we can protect our energy and peace, while also being role models for our children.

  • One of our favorite episodes to date, we welcome Lucie Fink, soon to be mother of 2 (any day now!), video creator, YouTuber and podcast host. As all three of us are pregnant with our second, we discuss the transition from 1-2 and what she would do differently. We dive into the mental toll of breastfeeding, the self-inflicted pressure we sometimes put on ourselves and the resentment of carrying the mental load, regardless of how helpful and present our partner is. Lucie shares about her identity struggles postpartum and how she morphed her platform into one that speaks openly about taboo topics - sex, money and mental health. We get real about money, Lucie’s relationship with it stemming from her upbringing, and how she now approaches it as a mom. This is a must listen episode for any parent…
