Keisha Newell is currently the Assistant Athletic Director and Head Girls Basketball Coach at Mother McAuley Liberal Arts High School in Chicago. Newell's coaching experience extends to coaching at Loyola Chicago as an Assistant Coach. After Loyola, Coach Newell completed four years as the Head Coach of Roosevelt University Women's Basketball Team. Newell is also a former successful Division 1 Women's Basketball Player who attended Loyola Chicago. At Loyola, she was a three-year captain and starting point guard. During her senior season, she led the Ramblers averaging 11.8 points and 4.8 assists.

DeJuan Marrero is a Gary, Indiana native. He led his Bowman Eagles to an Indiana High School Athletic Association Class A state championship in 2010 and Class 2A runner-up in 2012. He's a three-time Times of Northwest Indiana First-Team All-Area selection. He earned a spot on the 2012 Indiana All-Star Team. He was ranked by ESPN.com as the 13th-best Indiana high school senior in 2012. DeJuan graduated from Morehead State University majoring in Universal Studies (2015-2017). DeJuan was named second-team All-OVC and College Sports Madness second-team. DeJuan is currently entering his 4th year playing professional basketball in the Baloncesto Superior Nacional Basketball League (BSN) in Puerto Rico. Before Puerto Rico, DeJuan has played abroad in Europe for the Swiss Basketball League in Switzerland and North Macedonia Super League. DeJuan is also the host of his very own podcast called, The DeJuan Marrero Podcast. On his Podcast, DeJuan has conservations with a variety of influential people to share their journey and background to spread awareness to his community, Gary, Indiana that there is more to the world than just Basketball and other avenues outside the game to be successful.
