Jenny is the founder of the Museum of Organisational Culture (MoOC), the world's first museum dedicated to the artefacts, rituals, and inherited ways of working that shape how organisations function.
We talk about how the museum was "found, not built," the founding collection of twelve Swedish organisations, and Curatology, her own methodology for reading organisations the way a curator reads a collection.
We also dig into her book, The Museum You Carry, and what it means to ask not just what we should add to our organisations and cities, but what we're already carrying, and whether it's still worth carrying.

نتعرّف على بداياتهما في العراق، ولماذا اختارتا دراسة العمارة، وكيف كانت لحظة اتخاذ قرار السفر والدراسة في الخارج بكل ما رافقها من مشاعر ومخاوف. نمرّ معاً بتفاصيل رحلة التقديم إلى الجامعات، والإجراءات القانونية، وتدبير السكن، وصولاً إلى أول أيامهما الجامعية وكيف تأقلمتا مع بيئة دراسية وثقافية جديدة.
نناقش الفرق في طبيعة العلاقة بين الطالب والأستاذ هنا وهناك، ومدى اعتماد التعليم في الخارج على التفكير النقدي والإبداع مقارنةً بالأساس الأكاديمي الذي بنتاه في العراق. تشاركنا سنا ومداد أبرز الإيجابيات والفرص التي حصلتا عليها، وفي المقابل أصعب التحديات التي واجهتاها، بما فيها التحديات المرتبطة بكونهما فتاتين، وسؤال مهم: هل الفرص متساوية فعلاً في الخارج؟
كذلك نتطرق إلى جوانب الحياة اليومية خارج إطار الدراسة: كيف اندمجتا في المجتمع الجديد، وعلاقتهما بأصدقاء من ثقافات مختلفة، وكيف يوازن المرء بين الانفتاح على الآخر والحفاظ على هويته.
نختم الحلقة بأسئلة عن الحنين إلى جوانب معينة في التعليم العراقي تتمنيان الحفاظ عليها، واحتمالية العودة إلى العراق مستقبلاً، ونصائح لكل طالب أو طالبة يفكر في الدراسة في الخارج، وأمور تتمنيان لو كنتما تعرفانها قبل السفر. وفي الختام، تشاركنا كل واحدة منهما ثلاث نقاط لو كان بيدها تغيير نظام تعليم العمارة في العراق.

Jonas Wahlström, projektchef på Vasakronan, gästar och berättar om Lumi – ett av Sveriges mest ambitiösa återbruksprojekt och ett kontorshus i världsklass i centrala Uppsala.
Siffror om Lumi:
LEED Platina-certifiering, 99 poäng (högst poäng i Europa bland projekt och högst poäng i världen för kontorshus).Halverat klimatavtryck jämfört med nybyggnation: 170 kg CO₂e/m² BTA, att jämföra med 300–400 kg i normalfallet.75 % minskad energianvändning, från 204 till 52 kWh/m² och år, tack vare ny fasad, moderna installationer och omfattande solcellsanläggning på tak, fasad och i ljusgården.Projektets cirkularitetsindex är hela 40%. Av 6 400 ton material har 1 300 ton återbrukats, 500 ton återvunnits och 700 ton varit förnybart.Lumi är ett tydligt exempel på hur vi kan tänka om kring stadsutveckling och byggande. I stället för att riva en 70-talsfastighet valde man att bevara och omvandla stora delar av byggnaden. Resultatet är ett projekt med halverad klimatpåverkan jämfört med nyproduktion, där stomme, material och resurser har återbrukats i stor skala.
Projektet har nått högsta miljöcertifiering, LEED Platina, och har dessutom fått de högsta poängen i Europa och för ett kontorshus globalt.
Vi pratar om vad som krävs för att driva ett så komplext projekt, hur samverkan mellan aktörer blir avgörande och vilka konkreta lösningar som gjort Lumi till en förebild inom hållbart byggande. Vi diskuterar också hur projektet bidrar till att omvandla en tidigare sluten struktur till en levande stadsmiljö med mer liv, flöden och aktivitet i gaturummet.
Utöver projektet delar Jonas med sig av personliga reflektioner kring ledarskap, utmaningar och framtiden för bygg- och fastighetsbranschen.

Martin Rörby är arkitekturhistoriker, författare och en tydlig röst i samtalet om stadens utveckling.
För honom har staden många ansikten och består av lager av historia, människor och funktioner som tillsammans skapar en komplex helhet. Samspelet mellan gammalt och nytt fungerar bäst när vi förstår platsens kvaliteter och låter det nya bidra med något eget.
Bevarande handlar inte om att frysa tiden utan om att medvetet välja vad som är värt att föra vidare, samtidigt som förändring är en naturlig del av stadens liv.
En plats känns äkta när den bär på en berättelse och inte upplevs som utbytbar. Arkitektur kan vara generös genom att skapa rum för människor och ge tillbaka till staden. Kunskap om arkitektur är en demokratifråga eftersom alla påverkas av den byggda miljön och bör kunna delta i samtalet om den. För att förklara arkitektur behöver vi koppla den till människors vardag, till hur platser känns och används.
Rörby lyfter också behovet av mer självkritik i branschen där arkitekter behöver lyssna mer på människor och platsens förutsättningar.
Hans drivkraft är att öka förståelsen för stadens värden och bidra till ett mer nyanserat samtal. Hans medskick är att vara nyfiken, lära sig se sammanhang och förstå att staden är en gemensam berättelse som vi alla är med och formar.

Nourhan Bassam, (The Feminist Urbanist, CEO of The Gendered City, Asst. Professor of Feminist Urbanism) Author of the new book Women After Dark, reflects on how cities continue to exclude women and marginalised groups after sunset.
Grounded in personal experience, feminist research, and a multi-year project with the FemDes Network, the discussion explores how the night intensifies inequalities related to safety, mobility, visibility, and access to public space. Conventional solutions such as policing, CCTV, and excessive lighting are questioned, with a focus instead on participatory, community-led, and context-sensitive urban design.
The episode also draws on insights from nighttime governance in cities like Amsterdam, London, and Barcelona, highlighting fear as a structural issue and the need to centre lived experience in creating safer, more inclusive cities after dark.
