In January, 2002 Memphis Grizzles season ticket holder Dr. Cherryl Lamont Pearson went missing after attending an evening game. Insider her home authorities found several personal items left behind. Concern then increased after Cherryl's vehicle was found abandoned days later. With no obvious signs of foul play police were left with little to go on, but the evidence they quickly discovered lead investigators to believe Cherryl may have known the person or persons involved. When Jefferson County Sheriff's Deputy William “Bill” Hardy, a 23 year veteran, was ruthlessly gunned down in the early morning hours of Wednesday, July 19, 1995, authorities began to look for the person responsible for killing one of their own. When the staff at Geoffrey’s restaurant in Malibu encountered a patron who was acting strangely on the evening of Wednesday, September 16, 2009, they called authorities in hopes they would get the woman some help.
