The surface level of the wellness world is often a high gloss, picture perfect representation of balanced living. Adam and Holly Husler dig under that shiny surface and discover that the balanced-state is often a fleeting moment, with the rest of life being an ever-changing obstacle course of; struggles, opportunities, sweat and hard work.
Though honest conversations, we track our guests' unique paths to success, how they navigate changing tides and the continuous search for their own version of happiness.
@adamhusler and @iamhollyhusler are a London-based couple, leading yoga classes, trainings and sound journeys around the world.

Elvis goes behind the curtain and gives raw and uncut perspective on some of today's hottest topics. Growing up he went by his first name Clarence, while being ashamed of his famous middle name "Elvis" which was only used by family. "Elvis" and this podcast represents no more timidity, but an authentic unapologetic side of Clarence committed to giving people the whole truth and perspective that will also give them a vantage point they can take advantage of.

Ideed on elus asjad.
Head kuulamist.

The Pleasurable Ecologies – Formations of Care podcast is a series of conversations with artists and activists across Ireland, Finland and the UK, presented by artist, writer and pleasure activist Ama Josephine Budge as part of her Frame Curatorial Research Fellowship with Frame Contemporary Art Finland and EVA International – Ireland’s Biennial of Contemporary Art.
The four-episode podcast will explore topics of pleasure, care and rest at the intersections of art, activism and ecology. Within these transoceanic localities, the episodes are working to become in and of themselves sites for recuperation, reflection and possibly even healing. All four episodes will be released during autumn 2021 and spring 2022. The launch of the first episode 30 October 2021 coincides with 39th EVA International’s Phase Three programme.
Ama Josephine Budge (she/her/hers) is a Speculative Writer, Artist, Curator and Pleasure Activist whose work navigates intimate explorations of race, art, ecology and feminism, working to activate movements that catalyse human rights, environmental evolutions and troublesomely queered identities. Ama is a PhD candidate in Psychosocial Studies with Dr Gail Lewis at Birkbeck, University of London. Her research takes a queer, decolonial approach to challenging climate colonialism with a particular focus on inherently environmentalist pleasure practices in Ghana and across the Black diaspora.
