Hello, Internet. This is Rican speaking. Today, I want to talk about something incredibly creative and captivating: animation.
Animation is an art form that brings stories and characters to life through motion and imagination. It’s a medium that transcends age, culture, and language, offering something for everyone. From classic hand-drawn animations to cutting-edge CGI, animation has evolved tremendously over the years, but its core magic remains the same.
Let’s start with the basics. Animation is essentially a series of images displayed in rapid succession to create the illusion of movement. This technique dates back to the early 1900s with pioneers like Walt Disney, who revolutionized the industry with characters like Mickey Mouse and feature-length films such as Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
What’s fascinating about animation is its versatility. It can be as simple as a stick figure drawing or as complex as a fully rendered 3D world. Traditional animation, also known as hand-drawn animation, involves creating each frame by hand. This method, though labor-intensive, results in a unique and organic feel. Think of classics like The Lion King or Beauty and the Beast.
Then there’s stop-motion animation, where physical objects are moved in small increments between individually photographed frames. This gives the illusion of motion when the frames are played in sequence. Famous examples include The Nightmare Before Christmas and Coraline.
In recent years, CGI, or computer-generated imagery, has taken the animation world by storm. Studios like Pixar and DreamWorks have pushed the boundaries of what’s possible with films like Toy Story, Shrek, and Frozen. CGI allows for incredibly detailed and lifelike animations that captivate audiences with their stunning visuals and intricate storytelling.
But animation isn’t just about movies. It’s a significant part of our everyday entertainment, from TV shows like The Simpsons and Rick and Morty to anime series like Naruto and Attack on Titan. Anime, in particular, has gained a massive global following. Originating from Japan, anime is known for its distinct art style, complex characters, and deep storylines. Shows like My Neighbor Totoro and Spirited Away by Studio Ghibli are perfect examples of anime's unique charm.
The beauty of animation lies in its limitless potential. It allows creators to build worlds and tell stories that might be impossible in live-action formats. Whether it’s the fantastical landscapes of Avatar: The Last Airbender or the emotional depth of Up, animation can evoke a wide range of emotions and transport viewers to entirely new realities.
Animation also plays a crucial role in education and communication. Educational cartoons like Dora the Explorer help children learn new languages and skills, while animated explainer videos simplify complex topics for audiences of all ages. The visual appeal and engaging nature of animation make it an effective tool for learning and information sharing.
Creating animation is a collaborative effort that involves various skills and talents. Writers, directors, storyboard artists, animators, voice actors, and musicians all come together to bring a project to life. This collaboration results in a rich and multi-faceted art form that can inspire, entertain, and educate.
In conclusion, animation is more than just moving pictures; it’s a powerful form of storytelling that continues to evolve and enchant audiences worldwide. Whether it’s through the timeless charm of hand-drawn classics or the cutting-edge technology of CGI, animation has a unique way of connecting with people and sparking their imagination.
Thank you for joining me on this journey through the world of animation. I hope you’ve enjoyed it as much as I have. This is Rican, signing off. I’ll see you next time, Internet.

Hello, Internet. This is Rican speaking. Today, I want to share the power of singing. Last weekend, I had a great time with my friends. We went to the theater to watch an awesome movie. It was a fantastic show that made us feel satisfied and pleased. We talked about the movie and had dinner together. It was a wonderful time for us.
After that, we went back to my place. My house has a karaoke machine, so we sang our favorite songs together. Even though we are not the best singers, we had a wonderful experience. Being together made us feel worry-free and relieved our stress. I always love spending time with them; they are so silly and innocent. Spending time with people like them makes me feel grateful and joyful.
Singing has a unique power to bring people together. When you sing with friends, it’s not about hitting the perfect notes or having a flawless voice. It’s about the shared experience, the laughter, and the memories you create. It’s a way to express yourself, to let go of your inhibitions, and to connect with others on a deeper level.
Music has always been a universal language, capable of crossing boundaries and bringing people from all walks of life together. Whether it’s a heartfelt ballad or an energetic pop song, singing allows us to communicate emotions that words alone can’t capture. It’s a form of therapy, a way to release pent-up feelings and find a sense of peace and happiness.
I remember one song in particular that always gets us going—"Don’t Stop Believin’" by Journey. No matter how many times we sing it, the energy and enthusiasm never fade. There’s something magical about belting out the lyrics with your friends, each of us adding our own flair and personality to the performance. We laugh at our mistakes, cheer for each other, and in those moments, everything else fades away.
It’s not just about the fun, though. Singing together can also strengthen our bonds and deepen our friendships. When we sing, we listen to each other, we harmonize, and we support one another. It’s a collaborative effort that brings us closer and reminds us of the joy of being part of a community.
So, if you haven’t tried it yet, I highly recommend gathering your friends, setting up a karaoke machine, and just letting loose. Don’t worry about how you sound; focus on the fun and the connection. You might be surprised at how much it can uplift your spirits and bring you closer to the people you care about.
That’s all for today. I hope you all get a chance to experience the power of singing with your friends. Until next time, this is Rican, signing off. See you next time, Internet.

Hello, Internet. Rican here, and today I want to talk about something that brings joy to everyone: birthdays and ice cream cake. Now, if you know me, you know I’m all about celebrating the little things in life, and there’s nothing quite like the magic of a birthday with an ice cream cake to make you feel special.
Let’s start with birthdays. They’re like your personal New Year, a day to celebrate you, your existence, and the journey you’ve been on. It’s a time when everyone gathers around, sings you a song, and makes you feel like the star of the show. Whether you’re turning five or fifty, birthdays are a reminder that life is meant to be celebrated. And what’s a birthday without cake, right?
Now, let’s talk about the real star of the birthday party – the ice cream cake. I mean, come on, it’s the best of both worlds! You get the deliciousness of cake combined with the creamy, cool goodness of ice cream. It’s like a party in your mouth. Imagine cutting into that cake, the outer layer of cake giving way to layers of rich, creamy ice cream. Each bite is a symphony of textures and flavors that make you feel like a kid again.
Let me take you on a little trip down memory lane. I remember my tenth birthday vividly. My mom surprised me with the most epic ice cream cake. It was a chocolate cake with layers of vanilla and strawberry ice cream, topped with whipped cream and sprinkles. I couldn’t believe my eyes. As soon as I took the first bite, I was in heaven. The cold ice cream melting in my mouth, the soft cake, and the sweet, creamy frosting – it was perfection.
But it’s not just about the cake itself. It’s about what it represents. An ice cream cake brings people together. It’s the centerpiece of the celebration, a symbol of joy and indulgence. When you bring out an ice cream cake, you’re not just serving dessert; you’re creating a moment. You’re making memories that will be cherished for years to come.
And let’s be real, there’s something inherently fun about an ice cream cake. It’s whimsical, playful, and a little bit nostalgic. It takes you back to simpler times, reminding you of the pure joy of childhood birthdays. No matter how old you get, an ice cream cake has the power to make you feel young at heart.
So, if you’re planning a birthday celebration, do yourself a favor and get an ice cream cake. It’s a guaranteed crowd-pleaser. And if you’re on the receiving end, savor every bite. Let it remind you of the sweetness of life, the importance of celebrating the moment, and the joy of being surrounded by people who care about you.
In conclusion, birthdays and ice cream cakes are a match made in heaven. They bring out the best in us, reminding us to celebrate life’s milestones with joy and indulgence. So, go ahead, enjoy that ice cream cake, and make your birthday one to remember.
That’s it for today’s talk. I’m Rican, wishing you all the sweetest celebrations, and I’ll see you next time, Internet.

Hello, Internet. Rican here, and today I want to talk about something truly special: the magic of having someone write a song just for you. Picture this – someone taking the time, energy, and creativity to craft a melody and lyrics that capture the essence of who you are. It’s like having a piece of your soul immortalized in music.
Let me tell you, there’s nothing quite like it. When someone writes a song for you, it’s like they’ve bottled up your emotions, your stories, and your quirks, and turned them into something beautiful. It’s a personal gift that goes beyond material things, a unique expression of connection and understanding.
Imagine this scenario: you’re sitting in your favorite coffee shop, sipping on your drink, and suddenly, you hear your name in the lyrics of a song. Your heart skips a beat. The melody starts to feel familiar, the words resonate deeply, and you realize – this song is about you. It’s a surreal experience, a mix of excitement, disbelief, and profound appreciation.
Yesterday, some of my audience members wrote a song for me while I was streaming on Twitch. They strummed their guitar or something—I have no idea how they made the music—but they used my favorite melody and sang about our adventures, our girlfriends, my quirks, and the times we laughed together. It was like they held up a mirror, showing me the best parts of myself through their eyes. I couldn’t help but feel incredibly special and cherished.
Writing a song for someone isn’t just about the music; it’s about the thought and effort that goes into it. It’s about paying attention to the little details – your favorite things, your dreams, your struggles – and weaving them into a lyrical tapestry. It’s about capturing the essence of your relationship and translating it into something timeless.
But here’s the thing – you don’t have to be a professional musician to write a song for someone. It’s the sentiment that counts. You can write a simple tune, hum a melody, or even jot down some heartfelt lyrics. It’s about expressing your feelings in a way that words alone can’t capture.
Let’s not forget the emotional impact of such a gesture. It’s a powerful way to show someone that they matter, that you see them, and that you care. It’s like saying, “You inspire me. You’re worth the time and effort to create something beautiful.”
If you’re on the receiving end of such a gift, embrace it. Listen to the song, let the words and melody wash over you, and appreciate the love and effort behind it. It’s a piece of art made just for you, a reminder that you’re valued and loved.
And if you’re the one writing the song, don’t worry about perfection. Focus on the feelings you want to convey. Be sincere, be creative, and most importantly, be yourself. The person you’re writing for will appreciate the authenticity and the heart behind your creation.
In conclusion, having someone write a song for you is one of the most heartfelt and personal gifts you can receive. It’s a testament to your bond, a musical snapshot of your relationship, and a lasting reminder of how much you mean to someone. Whether you’re writing or receiving, it’s an experience that touches the soul and creates a memory that lasts a lifetime.
So, if you’ve ever had someone write a song for you, cherish it. And if you’ve ever thought about writing a song for someone, go for it. You never know – it might just be the most meaningful gift they’ve ever received.
That’s it for today’s talk. I’m Rican, reminding you to embrace the music of life, and I’ll see you next time, Internet.

Hello, Internet. Rican here, and today I want to talk about something that's been gaining a lot of attention lately: fasting. Now, before you think I'm about to tell you to starve yourself, let's dive into what fasting really means, why people do it, and how it can actually benefit your health.
First off, what is fasting? Simply put, fasting is the practice of abstaining from food, and sometimes drink, for a set period. It’s been around for centuries, often tied to religious and spiritual practices. Nowadays, it’s also popular in the health and wellness community.
There are different types of fasting. You’ve got intermittent fasting, where you cycle between periods of eating and fasting, like the 16/8 method where you fast for 16 hours and eat during an 8-hour window. There’s also the 5:2 method, where you eat normally for five days and restrict your calorie intake for two days. Then there’s extended fasting, which can last 24 hours or more. Each has its own set of rules and benefits.
So, why do people fast? For many, it’s about health benefits. Studies suggest that fasting can improve metabolism, enhance brain function, reduce inflammation, and even extend your lifespan. It can also be a powerful tool for weight loss, as it helps control your appetite and reduces overall calorie intake.
But let’s get real for a moment. Fasting isn’t just about the physical benefits. There’s something profoundly mental and emotional about it too. When you fast, you’re exercising discipline and control over your body. You’re breaking away from the constant cycle of eating and snacking that our modern world promotes. It’s a way to reset, both physically and mentally.
Let me share a personal story. I remember my first attempt at intermittent fasting. I was skeptical, and to be honest, a bit scared of going hungry. But I wanted to try it for the health benefits and to see if I could handle the challenge. The first few days were tough, no doubt about it. My stomach growled, and I felt tempted to raid the fridge. But as the days went on, something amazing happened. I started to feel more in control of my cravings. I had more energy and focus. And, surprisingly, I began to appreciate my meals more, savoring each bite instead of mindlessly munching away.
Fasting also taught me a lot about mindfulness. When you’re not eating, you have more time to think, reflect, and be present. It’s a break from the constant hustle and bustle, a chance to tune into your body and listen to what it really needs.
Of course, fasting isn’t for everyone. If you have medical conditions, it’s crucial to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any fasting regimen. And even if you’re perfectly healthy, it’s important to approach fasting with the right mindset. It’s not about punishment or deprivation; it’s about finding a balance that works for you and enhances your overall well-being.
In conclusion, fasting can be a powerful tool for improving your health, both physically and mentally. It’s about discipline, control, and mindfulness. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, boost your energy, or simply reset your eating habits, fasting might be worth a try.
So, if you’re curious about fasting, do some research, talk to a professional, and give it a shot. You might just find it’s the reset button you’ve been looking for.
That’s it for today’s talk. I’m Rican, reminding you to stay mindful and take care of your body, and I’ll see you next time, Internet.

Hello, Internet. Rican here, and today I want to dive into a topic that's incredibly important for our personal lives and well-being: fair relationships. Whether it’s with your partner, friends, family, or even colleagues, maintaining fairness in relationships is key to fostering mutual respect, understanding, and lasting bonds.
So, what exactly is a fair relationship? It's all about balance, equality, and mutual respect. In a fair relationship, both parties have their voices heard, their needs considered, and their contributions valued. It's not about keeping score or demanding equality in every single moment but ensuring that over time, things balance out and both people feel valued and respected.
Picture this: You're in a relationship where both people give and take equally. When one person is feeling down, the other steps up to support them. When decisions need to be made, both opinions are considered. It’s like a well-choreographed dance where both partners move in harmony, each one taking turns to lead and follow.
Here are a few tips on how to cultivate fairness in your relationships:
Communicate Openly and Honestly: Fair relationships thrive on open communication. Share your thoughts, feelings, and needs with each other. Don’t bottle things up or assume your partner knows what you’re thinking. Honest communication builds trust and ensures that both parties are on the same page.
Practice Active Listening: Listening is just as important as speaking. When your partner is talking, give them your full attention. Don’t just wait for your turn to speak. Understand their perspective, show empathy, and respond thoughtfully.
Respect Boundaries: Everyone has their own limits and comfort zones. Respecting each other’s boundaries is crucial in maintaining fairness. If your partner needs space, give it to them. If they have certain values or beliefs, respect them even if they differ from your own.
Share Responsibilities: Whether it’s household chores, financial responsibilities, or emotional support, sharing the load is essential. Discuss and divide responsibilities in a way that feels fair and manageable for both parties. Remember, it’s about teamwork.
Appreciate and Acknowledge: Take time to appreciate each other’s efforts and contributions. A simple “thank you” or a heartfelt compliment can go a long way in making your partner feel valued. Acknowledging each other’s hard work fosters a positive and supportive environment.
Resolve Conflicts Fairly: Disagreements are inevitable, but how you handle them matters. Approach conflicts with a mindset of finding a resolution rather than winning the argument. Focus on the issue at hand, avoid personal attacks, and seek compromises that work for both parties.
Support Each Other’s Growth: Encourage and support each other’s personal growth and aspirations. A fair relationship allows both individuals to pursue their goals and dreams without feeling hindered or unsupported.
Let me share a personal story. I once had a friend who always insisted on doing things their way. Whether it was choosing a restaurant or planning a trip, their preferences always took precedence. Over time, I started to feel unheard and undervalued. It wasn’t until we had an open conversation about how I felt that things started to change. We began to make decisions together, respecting each other’s preferences and finding compromises. Our friendship grew stronger because of it.
In conclusion, fair relationships are about more than just equality; they’re about mutual respect, understanding, and a willingness to grow together. By practicing open communication, active listening, and respecting each other’s boundaries, we can create relationships that are balanced and fulfilling.
That’s it for today’s talk. I’m Rican, and I’ll see you next time, Internet.

Hello, Internet. Rican here, and today I want to dive into a topic that’s close to my heart: self-affirmation. You know, those little pep talks we give ourselves to keep pushing forward, to remind us of our worth, and to keep the positive vibes flowing.
Let's face it, life can be a rollercoaster. Some days, you’re on top of the world, and other days, you feel like you’re stuck at the bottom of a well. That's where self-affirmation comes in. It’s like having your own personal cheerleader, always ready to pump you up, no matter how tough things get.
So, what exactly is self-affirmation? It's the practice of reminding yourself of your strengths, your abilities, and your worth. It’s about speaking to yourself with kindness and compassion, rather than criticism and doubt. Think of it as giving yourself a mental high-five.
Let me paint you a picture. Imagine waking up in the morning, looking in the mirror, and saying, “I am capable. I am strong. I can handle whatever comes my way.” Feels pretty empowering, right? These simple statements can set the tone for your entire day, boosting your confidence and helping you tackle challenges with a positive mindset.
But self-affirmation isn’t just about feel-good statements. It’s about believing in those words. It’s about acknowledging your past achievements, no matter how small, and using them as fuel to drive you forward. Maybe you nailed that presentation at work, or you finally finished that book you’ve been reading. Celebrate those wins and let them remind you of what you’re capable of.
Here’s a little secret: self-affirmation is a skill, and like any skill, it gets better with practice. Start with simple affirmations and repeat them daily. Write them down, say them out loud, or even think them silently to yourself. The key is consistency. The more you affirm your worth, the more you’ll believe it.
And let’s talk about the science behind it. Studies have shown that self-affirmation can reduce stress, boost academic performance, and even improve your overall well-being. It’s like giving your brain a shot of positivity, helping you stay focused and resilient.
Now, I know some of you might be thinking, “This sounds a bit too fluffy for me.” But trust me, self-affirmation is powerful stuff. It’s not about ignoring the negatives or pretending everything is perfect. It’s about balancing those moments of doubt with moments of self-belief. It’s about creating a mental habit of positivity that can help you navigate life’s ups and downs.
So, here’s my challenge to you: Start incorporating self-affirmation into your daily routine. Pick a few affirmations that resonate with you and make them part of your morning ritual, your workout routine, or even your bedtime wind-down. Watch how these simple words can transform your mindset and your life.
Remember, you are your own biggest supporter. You have the power to lift yourself up, to motivate yourself, and to affirm your worth. Embrace it, practice it, and let it guide you to a more confident, positive, and fulfilled life.
That’s it for today’s chat. I’m Rican, reminding you to believe in yourself, and I’ll see you next time, Internet.

Hello, Internet. Rican here, and today I want to talk about something we all struggle with: being on time.
You know, punctuality, that elusive concept we chase but often miss. It's like trying to catch a cat that's determined to run in the opposite direction. We set our alarms, plan our schedules, but somehow, time has its own agenda.
Let’s paint a picture here. You’ve got a big meeting at 9 AM. You set your alarm for 7 AM, thinking you’ve got this. But then, the snooze button, that seductive little devil, whispers sweet nothings in your ear. Before you know it, it’s 8 AM, and you’re scrambling like a chicken in a coop. You spill coffee on your shirt, can’t find your keys, and by the time you’re out the door, you’re already late.
And let’s be real, who hasn’t had that moment of panic when you realize you’re late? Your heart races, palms sweat, and you start doing that awkward half-run, half-walk, hoping to make up time. But here’s the kicker: being on time is more than just showing up. It’s about respect. Respect for others and respect for yourself.
When you’re on time, you’re telling people they matter. Their time is valuable. You’re saying, "Hey, I respect you enough to be here when I said I would." And when you’re punctual, you respect yourself enough to manage your time well, reducing stress and chaos in your life.
So how do we master this art of punctuality? Well, it’s about setting realistic goals. If you know it takes you an hour to get ready, don’t set your alarm for 30 minutes before you need to leave. Give yourself buffer time. Plan for the unexpected – traffic jams, lost keys, or, heaven forbid, that third cup of coffee spill.
Another tip is to prioritize. What’s important? What needs to be done now versus what can wait? And hey, let’s use technology to our advantage. Set reminders, use calendar apps, whatever it takes to keep you on track.
Remember, it’s not about being perfect. We all run late sometimes. It’s about making a genuine effort to be better. Being on time isn’t just about the clock; it’s about the commitment to living a life with less stress and more respect for yourself and others.
So next time you’ve got somewhere to be, plan ahead, set realistic goals, and give yourself that extra few minutes. Your future self will thank you, and so will everyone else.
That’s it for today’s chat. I’m Rican, reminding you to be on time, and I’ll see you next time, Internet.

Hello, Internet! Rican here, and today I want to talk about something that's near and dear to all our hearts: lunch. That's right, the glorious midday meal that gives us the energy to power through the rest of the day.
So, let's dive right in. What makes a perfect lunch? For me, lunch is all about balance. You want something that fills you up but doesn't leave you feeling like you need a nap. It's got to be delicious, of course, but also nutritious to keep that brain of yours working at full capacity.
Let's start with some basics. A good lunch should have a mix of protein, carbs, and fats. Protein to keep you full and help build those muscles, carbs to give you energy, and fats to keep everything running smoothly. Think grilled chicken salad with a side of quinoa and a drizzle of olive oil. Or maybe a hearty sandwich with lean turkey, avocado, and whole-grain bread.
But hey, I'm not here to preach about eating salads every day. Lunch should also be a time to enjoy yourself. If you're craving a burger, go for it. Just maybe pair it with a side of veggies instead of fries. Or if you're in the mood for sushi, grab that spicy tuna roll and enjoy every bite.
One of my favorite lunch spots is a little food truck down the street. They make the best tacos I've ever had. Fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and just the right amount of spice. It's the kind of meal that makes you appreciate the simple joys in life. Plus, it's a great way to support local businesses.
Now, let's talk about the social aspect of lunch. It's not just about the food; it's also about the company. Whether you're grabbing a bite with coworkers, catching up with an old friend, or just enjoying some alone time, lunch is a perfect opportunity to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the day. So, take that time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the moment.
And what about lunch at home? With so many of us working from home these days, it's easy to fall into a rut of eating the same thing every day. My advice? Mix it up. Try new recipes, experiment with different ingredients, and don't be afraid to get a little creative. One day you might have a classic BLT, the next a homemade stir-fry. Keep it interesting, and you'll look forward to lunch every day.
So, to wrap things up, lunch is more than just a meal. It's a chance to refuel your body, enjoy some good food, and take a break from your busy day. Whether you're eating out or cooking at home, make it something special. And remember, balance is key. Enjoy your food, but also make choices that will keep you feeling good all day long.
That's it for today's episode. Thanks for tuning in, and I hope you have a fantastic lunch today. I'm Rican, and I'll see you next time, Internet!

Hello, Internet! Rican here, and today I want to talk about a phrase that embodies a carefree and joyful philosophy: "Hakuna Matata." You probably remember it from The Lion King, right? It means "no worries" in Swahili, and it’s the ultimate motto for living life stress-free and happy. So, let’s dive in and see how we can sprinkle some of that Hakuna Matata magic into our everyday lives.
Life can be a whirlwind of stress, from work and school to relationships and daily hassles. But what if we could hit the pause button and take a deep breath? What if we could say, "Hakuna Matata" and actually mean it? This philosophy is all about letting go of what you can’t control and focusing on the good stuff.
Think about it. How much time do we waste worrying about things that, in the long run, don’t really matter? Did you spill coffee on your favorite shirt? Hakuna Matata! Missed the bus? Hakuna Matata! It’s about accepting that some things are out of our hands and that worrying about them only robs us of our joy.
Hakuna Matata encourages us to live in the present. When we’re constantly fretting about the future or dwelling on the past, we miss out on the beauty of the now. Take a lesson from Timon and Pumbaa: enjoy the simple pleasures of life. Whether it’s a delicious meal, a beautiful sunset, or a good laugh with friends, these are the moments that make life sweet.
Breathe Deep: When stress hits, take a moment to breathe. Inhale, exhale, and say to yourself, "Hakuna Matata." It’s a powerful way to reset your mind.
Prioritize Joy: Focus on what truly matters and let go of minor annoyances. Concentrate on the big picture.
Find Your Happy Place: Make time for activities that bring you joy. Whether it’s a hobby, spending time with loved ones, or just chilling out, prioritize what makes you happy.
Surround Yourself with Positivity: Keep positive people and vibes around you. Negativity is contagious, but so is positivity.
Now, let’s be real. Hakuna Matata doesn’t mean ignoring your responsibilities or pretending problems don’t exist. It’s about balance. You’ll still face challenges, but with a Hakuna Matata mindset, you’ll handle them with a lighter heart and a clearer mind.
For me, incorporating Hakuna Matata into my life means embracing my quirks and not sweating the small stuff. I laugh at my mistakes, learn from them, and keep moving forward. Life’s too short to be bogged down by endless worries. I choose to live with joy, humor, and a big dose of Hakuna Matata.
So, next time life gets you down, remember: Hakuna Matata. It’s not just a catchy phrase, it’s a way of life. Let go of your worries, live in the moment, and enjoy the ride.
That’s all for today, folks. I’m Rican, reminding you to keep that Hakuna Matata spirit alive. See you next time, Internet!

Hello, Internet. Rican here, and today I want to talk about something we all need in our lives—a cheerleader of benefits. Now, I’m not talking about the pom-pom-waving cheerleaders at sports games, though they’re awesome too. I’m talking about being your own cheerleader, hyping yourself up to recognize and enjoy the benefits of everything you do.
Think about it. How often do we focus on what’s going wrong in our lives? We beat ourselves up over mistakes, dwell on failures, and worry about things we can’t control. But what if we flipped the script? What if we became the cheerleaders of our own lives, always ready to shout out the positives and celebrate our wins, no matter how small?
Let’s break it down.
First, let’s talk about work. Whether you’re grinding away at a 9-to-5 job, hustling with your own business, or even just doing household chores, there are benefits to everything you do. Finished a project? Cheer yourself on! You just knocked out another task that gets you closer to your goals. Got through a tough day? Give yourself a pat on the back. You’re stronger and more resilient than you were yesterday.
Next, let’s talk about personal growth. Maybe you’ve been working on improving yourself—learning a new skill, picking up a hobby, or focusing on your mental health. Don’t just wait for others to notice your progress. Be your own cheerleader! Did you meditate today? Awesome, that’s a win. Did you manage to cook a new recipe without burning it? High five! Every step you take towards bettering yourself is a victory worth celebrating.
And then there’s social interactions. Sometimes, being social can be hard. Maybe you’re an introvert, or you’ve had a tough time making friends. But every effort counts. Did you smile at a stranger? Did you make a new friend online? Did you reach out to an old buddy just to check in? These are all wins. Cheer yourself on for making the effort to connect.
Being your own cheerleader of benefits also means recognizing the little things. Woke up early? Good job! Drank enough water today? Fantastic! Made it through a workout? You’re a rockstar! These small wins add up and create a positive momentum in your life.
Now, I know what you’re thinking. “Rican, it’s not always easy to stay positive.” And you’re right. Life can be tough, and sometimes it’s hard to see the bright side. But that’s exactly when you need to be your own cheerleader the most. When things are rough, remind yourself of all the good you’ve done and all the benefits you’re reaping from your efforts. It’s not about ignoring the negatives—it’s about balancing them with the positives.
So, how do you become your own cheerleader of benefits? Start by keeping a journal of your daily wins. Write down every positive thing you did, no matter how small. Look back on it whenever you need a boost. You can also create a mantra or a positive affirmation that you repeat to yourself. Something like, “I am capable, I am strong, I am achieving my goals.” Say it to yourself, and believe it.
Surround yourself with positivity too. Follow social media accounts that inspire you, read books that uplift you, and spend time with people who support and encourage you. And most importantly, be kind to yourself. Treat yourself with the same kindness and encouragement you would give to a friend.
In conclusion, being a cheerleader of benefits means celebrating your wins, big and small, and recognizing the positive impact of your actions. It’s about building yourself up, staying motivated, and maintaining a positive outlook on life. So go ahead, cheer yourself on! You’re doing great, and you deserve to celebrate every step of the way.
That’s it for today’s talk. I’m Rican, and I’ll see you next time, Internet. Keep cheering yourself on!

Hello, Internet. Rican here, and today I want to talk about something that's near and dear to my heart—games. Whether it's video games, board games, or even a casual round of charades, games are a huge part of our lives and culture.
Let’s start with video games. From the pixelated classics like Super Mario Bros. to the hyper-realistic worlds of Cyberpunk 2077, video games have come a long way. They’re not just about entertainment anymore; they’re a way to tell stories, build communities, and even learn new skills. Ever tried playing Among Us? It’s basically an online lesson in teamwork, strategy, and trust issues!
Video games offer an escape from reality. Having a rough day? Jump into the world of The Legend of Zelda and forget about your troubles as you explore Hyrule. Feeling competitive? Fire up Call of Duty and test your skills against players from around the globe. There’s a game for every mood and every type of player out there.
But let’s not forget about the good old-fashioned board games. There’s something special about gathering around a table with friends and family, rolling dice, and moving pieces around a board. Whether it’s the cutthroat negotiations of Monopoly or the strategic planning in Settlers of Catan, board games bring people together in a way that screens just can’t.
Now, some people might say that games are a waste of time. But let me tell you, games are so much more than that. They improve our problem-solving skills, enhance our creativity, and teach us perseverance. Ever spent hours trying to beat a tough level in a game? That’s perseverance, my friends.
Games also help us connect. Online multiplayer games let us team up with friends no matter where they are in the world. Social media is great, but there’s something about completing a raid in World of Warcraft or winning a match in Fortnite that builds bonds like nothing else.
But let’s be real—like anything, games can have their downsides. Spending too much time gaming can lead to neglecting other important parts of life, like school, work, or even sleep. It’s all about balance. Enjoy your games, but don’t let them take over your life.
And here’s a pro tip for you: if you’re ever feeling stuck in a game, take a break. Sometimes stepping away for a bit can give you a fresh perspective and help you tackle that tough boss or tricky puzzle with renewed energy.
In the end, games are all about fun. They’re a way to challenge ourselves, connect with others, and escape to new worlds. So whether you’re a hardcore gamer or just someone who enjoys a casual game of Candy Crush, embrace the joy that games bring to your life.
That’s it for today’s chat. I’m Rican, and I’ll see you next time, Internet. Game on!

Hello, Internet. Rican here, and today I want to dive into the wild, wonderful, and sometimes wacky world of social media. Yeah, that’s right, we’re talking about those apps and platforms we can’t seem to live without—Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, and all the rest.
Social media is like this giant digital playground where we share our lives, connect with friends, meet new people, and sometimes even start revolutions. It’s got everything: memes that make us laugh, videos that make us cry, and posts that make us think.
But let’s rewind a bit. Remember when social media started? It was all about reconnecting with old friends and sharing what you had for lunch. Fast forward to today, and it’s a whole universe of its own. We’ve got influencers making bank, brands building their entire business online, and viral challenges that take over the world in a matter of days.
So, why do we love it so much? For one, it’s super entertaining. There’s always something new popping up on your feed. Whether it’s a funny cat video, an inspiring story, or the latest news, social media keeps us engaged and connected.
But it’s not all sunshine and rainbows. Social media can be a double-edged sword. Sure, it brings us closer together, but it can also drive us apart. Think about the endless arguments in comment sections, the pressure to look perfect, and the way it sometimes makes us feel more alone than connected.
One of the biggest issues with social media is the highlight reel effect. People tend to post their best moments, which can make us feel like we’re not measuring up. It’s like everyone’s living their best life while we’re stuck in the daily grind. But here’s the thing: nobody’s life is perfect. Behind those polished posts, everyone’s dealing with their own struggles.
Another thing to watch out for is the time suck. You open your phone to check one notification, and bam! An hour’s gone. Scrolling endlessly can eat up a lot of our time—time we could spend doing something more productive or meaningful.
So, how do we make social media work for us instead of against us? Here are a few tips:
Set Boundaries: Limit your screen time. Use apps that track how long you spend on social media and set limits for yourself.
Be Authentic: Post what makes you happy and reflects who you are, not what you think will get the most likes.
Stay Positive: Engage with content that uplifts and inspires you. Don’t get sucked into negative comment threads or drama.
Take Breaks: Sometimes, a little digital detox is all you need to reset and refocus.
Use it for Good: Follow accounts that add value to your life. Learn something new, get inspired, or connect with people who share your interests.
Social media isn’t going anywhere. It’s a powerful tool that can bring us closer together, help us learn new things, and even change the world. But it’s up to us to use it wisely. So, go out there, post that selfie, share that story, but remember to keep it real and keep it positive.
That’s it for today’s chat. I’m Rican, and I’ll see you next time, Internet. Keep scrolling, but don’t forget to live your life beyond the screen. Peace out!

Hello, Internet. Rican here, and today we’re diving into the exciting world of E-dates. That’s right, E-dates—short for electronic dates. In this digital age, finding love or just a fun hangout is as easy as clicking a button and swiping right. So, let’s break it down into the nitty-gritty of E-dating.
Alright, first things first—what exactly is an E-date? Well, it’s pretty much what it sounds like. An E-date is when two people meet and interact online instead of face-to-face. It could be through a video call, a chat, or even social media platforms. Imagine you’re having a dinner date, but instead of sitting across from each other at a restaurant, you’re both munching on your meals while chatting over Zoom. Pretty neat, right?
E-dates have really taken off, especially with the rise of online dating apps and social media. It’s a game-changer for people who are miles apart or just too busy to meet up in person. Plus, it’s super convenient—you don’t even have to leave your couch!
Now, let’s talk about the perks. One of the biggest advantages of E-dating is the sheer convenience. You can connect with people from all over the world without having to worry about travel or scheduling conflicts. And hey, if the date’s a dud, you can always fake a bad internet connection and bail out—just kidding, kind of.
Another great thing about E-dates is the comfort factor. You’re in your own space, feeling relaxed and at ease, which can make getting to know someone a lot easier. You can share a virtual meal, watch a movie together, or just chat the night away without the pressure of being in a public place.
But, like anything else, E-dating has its challenges. For one, it can be tough to gauge chemistry and body language through a screen. And let’s be real, there’s always the risk of catfishing—where someone pretends to be someone they’re not. So, always stay cautious and maybe do a little background check before you get too invested.
So, how do you make the most out of an E-date? Here are a few tips :
Set the Scene: Make sure you’re in a comfortable, quiet place with good lighting. You want to look and feel your best, right?
Be Yourself: Authenticity is key. Don’t try to be someone you’re not. Just relax and let the conversation flow naturally.
Have Fun: Plan something interactive. Play a game, cook the same meal and eat together, or watch a show simultaneously. Keep it light and fun.
Stay Safe: Don’t share too much personal information too soon. And if something feels off, trust your gut and end the call.
E-dates can be a fantastic way to meet new people, explore potential relationships, or just have a good time. So, if you haven’t tried it yet, what are you waiting for? Dive into the digital dating pool and see where it takes you.
That’s it for today’s chat. I’m Rican, and I’ll see you next time, Internet. Remember, love might just be a click away. Peace out!

Hello, Internet. Rican here, and today we’re diving into two of the most powerful emotions that drive us: love and fear. These two are like the yin and yang of human existence, constantly at play in our lives, influencing our choices, our actions, and even our dreams. So let’s break it down. I think love and fear are the only emotions we have, every emotion is based on these two emotions.
First up, let’s talk about love. Ah, love—the thing that makes the world go 'round, the reason for sappy songs, epic poems, and about a million rom-coms. Love is that warm, fuzzy feeling that can make you feel like you're floating on a cloud, like you’re invincible. It’s the spark that ignites passion, the glue that binds friendships, and the foundation of families. Love is powerful, folks. It’s the force that makes us do crazy things, like serenading someone under their window or driving across the country just to see that special someone.
But love isn’t just about the romantic stuff. It’s about connection. It’s about caring deeply for others, whether it’s your partner, your family, your friends, or even your pets. It’s about showing up, being there, and giving a damn. Love makes us better, makes us strive to be the best version of ourselves. It’s what makes life worth living. Without love, life would be pretty dull, don’t you think?
Now, on the flip side, let’s talk about fear. Fear, my friends, is a sneaky little devil. It creeps in when you least expect it, whispering in your ear, making you doubt yourself, making you second-guess your choices. Fear is that knot in your stomach before a big presentation, that cold sweat when you think about taking a leap of faith, that voice that says, “You can’t do this.”
Fear can be paralyzing. It can stop us dead in our tracks, keep us from pursuing our dreams, keep us from reaching out, from taking risks. But here’s the thing: fear isn’t necessarily a bad thing. It’s a survival mechanism, a way to keep us safe. But when it starts to rule our lives, that’s when it becomes a problem. The trick is to acknowledge fear, to understand it, and then to move past it. Don’t let fear hold you back. Use it as a stepping stone, a challenge to overcome.
So how do these two powerful emotions interact? Well, they’re often at odds. Love can push us to face our fears, to take risks, to step out of our comfort zones. When you love someone or something enough, you find the courage to overcome your fears. It’s like that scene in every action movie where the hero faces down the villain, not because they’re fearless, but because their love for something greater drives them to be brave.
But fear can also challenge love. It can make us afraid to open up, afraid to be vulnerable, afraid to get hurt. It can make us build walls, keep people at a distance, protect ourselves from potential pain. And that’s the real tragedy, because in protecting ourselves from hurt, we often miss out on the joy that love brings.
In the end, it’s about balance. It’s about recognizing that both love and fear are part of the human experience. Embrace love, let it fill you up, let it drive you to be brave, to take risks, to live fully. And when fear creeps in, acknowledge it, understand it, but don’t let it control you. Use it as a signpost, a reminder that you’re stepping into something important, something worth facing down your fears for.
That’s it for today’s chat. I’m Rican, and I’ll see you next time, Internet. Remember, love fiercely, face your fears bravely, and live your life with a heart wide open. Peace out!

Hello, Internet. Rican here, and today we're diving into a topic that's a bit different but oh-so-important: facial care. Yeah, you heard me right, we’re talking about keeping that face of yours looking fresh, healthy, and ready to take on the world. So, let's break it down.
First things first, let's talk basics. Facial care isn’t just for the ladies; it’s for everyone. Your face is the first thing people see, and trust me, you want to make a good impression. Imagine going to an important meeting or a date with a face that looks like it just survived a sandstorm. No thanks! So, let’s get into some simple steps to keep your mug looking magnificent.
Step one: cleansing. Washing your face might sound like a no-brainer, but you’d be surprised how many people skip this crucial step. It’s like making a sandwich without the bread—just doesn’t work. Use a gentle cleanser to wash away the dirt, oil, and whatever else your face has collected throughout the day. Do this every morning and night, and you’re already ahead of the game.
Next up, exfoliation. Now, don’t go scrubbing your face like you’re trying to remove old paint from a wall. Be gentle! Exfoliating a couple of times a week helps get rid of dead skin cells and leaves your skin feeling smoother than a baby’s bottom. Just don’t overdo it, or you’ll end up looking like a tomato. And nobody wants that.
Now, let’s talk hydration. Your skin needs moisture, just like your body needs water. So, get yourself a good moisturizer and apply it after cleansing. If you’ve got oily skin, go for something lightweight. If your skin is drier than the Sahara, grab something rich and creamy. And hey, if you’re feeling fancy, throw in a serum. It’s like a power-up for your face, giving it that extra boost of goodness.
Sun protection is non-negotiable, folks. The sun is a beautiful thing, but it can also be a real jerk to your skin. Slap on some sunscreen every day, rain or shine. Think of it as armor for your face, protecting you from those nasty UV rays that cause wrinkles, spots, and all sorts of other unpleasantness. Trust me, your future self will thank you.
Alright, let’s not forget those special treatments. Got a pimple the size of Mount Everest? Try a spot treatment. Dark circles making you look like a raccoon? Eye cream to the rescue. There are tons of products out there to tackle specific issues, so don’t be afraid to experiment and find what works for you. Just remember, more isn’t always better. Keep it simple and listen to your skin.
And here’s a pro tip: what you put into your body shows on your face. Eat well, stay hydrated, and get enough sleep. No amount of cream or serum can fix a diet of junk food and three hours of sleep a night. So, take care of yourself from the inside out, and your face will reflect that.
In conclusion, facial care is essential. It's not about vanity; it's about taking care of yourself. Cleanse, exfoliate, hydrate, protect, and treat. It’s as simple as that. And hey, don’t forget to smile. A happy face is the best face. So, take these tips, put them into practice, and get ready to face the world with confidence.
That’s it for today’s chat. I’m Rican, and I’ll see you next time, Internet. Keep that face glowing, stay fabulous, and remember to take care of yourself!

Hello, Internet. Rican here, and today we’re diving into a topic that everyone’s got an opinion about: careers. Yep, that’s right, the big C-word that can either make you feel like a rockstar or a total trainwreck. with a bit of humor, some real talk, and of course, a splash of craziness.
First off, let’s get one thing straight: no one has it all figured out. Seriously, if you think your career path should be a straight line from Point A to Point B, you’re in for a surprise. Careers are more like those crazy rollercoasters you see at amusement parks, full of twists, turns, and a few loop-de-loops that make you scream, “What the heck am I doing?”
Take me, for example. I started off thinking I’d be a lawyer or a doctor because, you know, Asian parents. But life had other plans, and here I am, chatting with you fine folks on the Internet. And let me tell you, it’s been a wild ride. From odd jobs to failed ventures, every experience taught me something valuable, even if it was just how not to do things.
Let’s talk about passion. Everyone says, “Follow your passion!” Sounds great, right? But what if you don’t know what your passion is? Or worse, what if you have too many passions and can’t pick just one? Here’s the deal: passions evolve. What you’re passionate about today might not be the same in five years, and that’s okay. The key is to stay curious, keep exploring, and don’t be afraid to pivot when something new sparks your interest.
Now, onto the dreaded job search. It’s like dating, but worse. You send out a million résumés, go on awkward interviews, and sometimes get ghosted. But hey, don’t let it get you down. Rejection is just part of the game. Each “no” gets you closer to that “yes.” And when you finally land that dream job, all those sleepless nights and endless applications will feel worth it.
Speaking of dream jobs, let’s debunk a myth: there’s no such thing as a perfect job. Every job has its ups and downs, even the ones that look super glamorous from the outside. It’s about finding something that challenges you, fulfills you, and aligns with your values. And if you can have a bit of fun along the way, even better!
Work-life balance—oh boy, this one’s a doozy. We live in a hustle culture that glorifies being busy 24/7. But here’s the thing: burning out helps no one. It’s crucial to set boundaries, take breaks, and make time for the things and people you love. Remember, you’re more than your job. You’re a human being with interests, relationships, and a life outside of work. So, don’t let your career consume you.
Networking. Ugh, just the word can make some people cringe. But it’s a necessary evil, folks. Building relationships in your industry can open doors you didn’t even know existed. And it doesn’t have to be awkward or fake. Just be genuine, show interest in others, and be willing to help without expecting anything in return. You never know who might be able to give you that nudge when you need it most.
Lastly, let’s touch on growth. Career growth isn’t just about climbing the corporate ladder. It’s about personal development, learning new skills, and constantly evolving. Take courses, attend workshops, read books, and stay curious. The world is changing fast, and staying stagnant is not an option. Embrace the journey of lifelong learning, and you’ll be amazed at how far you can go.
In conclusion, careers are a wild ride. There will be highs and lows, successes and failures, but every experience is a stepping stone. Embrace the chaos, stay true to yourself, and remember that it’s okay to change directions. Your career is a journey, not a destination. So, buckle up, enjoy the ride, and keep chasing those dreams.
That’s it for today’s chat. I’m Rican, and I’ll see you next time, Internet. Keep hustling, keep learning, and remember to have a blast along the way!

Hello, Internet. Rican here, and today I want to talk about something we all deal with every single day: being social. Yep, that’s right, whether you love it or hate it, social interactions are a huge part of our lives. And let's be honest, sometimes it's a wild rollercoaster ride, full of highs, lows, and everything in between.
Let’s dive in.
First off, socializing can be a real challenge, especially for someone like me who loves to chill with a good movie or a game. But hey, even I need to get out there and interact with people every now and then. Remember the last time you went to a party where you knew only the host? It’s like walking into a jungle, filled with unfamiliar faces. You stand there, awkwardly sipping your drink, hoping someone will come over and talk to you. And when they do, you suddenly forget how to form a sentence. Classic Rican move.
But guess what? Socializing is like any other skill. The more you do it, the better you get. I remember when I first started networking for my podcast. I was nervous as heck, stumbling over my words, and feeling out of place. But with time, I learned to relax, be myself, and just enjoy the conversation. Now, I can walk into a room and start chatting with anyone, and it feels natural. Social skills are like muscles—you’ve got to work them out to make them stronger.
Now, let’s talk about social media. Oh boy, the double-edged sword of our generation. On one hand, it's amazing. We can connect with people from all over the world, share our thoughts, our work, and even our breakfast if that’s your thing. But on the other hand, it can be a breeding ground for negativity and comparison. You scroll through your feed and see everyone living their best lives, and suddenly, your life feels a little less sparkly.
But here’s the thing: social media is just a highlight reel. It’s the best moments, the edited photos, the carefully crafted captions. It’s not real life. So, instead of comparing yourself to others, use it as a source of inspiration. Connect with like-minded people, learn new things, and share your authentic self. Trust me, the world needs more realness.
Speaking of realness, let’s touch on the importance of genuine connections. In this fast-paced, digital world, it’s easy to lose touch with what really matters—authentic relationships. I’m talking about the kind of friends who you can call at 2 AM when you’re feeling down, or the ones who know your favorite food and bring it over when you’re sick. These relationships are gold, and they take time and effort to build. So, invest in them. Be there for your friends, listen to them, and share your own experiences. It’s the little things that make the biggest difference.
And let’s not forget about family. Oh boy, family can be a whole different ball game. They’re the ones who see you at your best and your worst, who know all your quirks and still love you. Sure, they can drive you crazy sometimes, but at the end of the day, they’ve got your back. So, cherish them. Spend time with them, even if it’s just a quick call or a message. Family is your foundation, and no matter where life takes you, they’ll always be a part of who you are.
In conclusion, being social is an essential part of life. It can be challenging, awkward, and even frustrating at times, but it’s also rewarding, enriching, and vital for our well-being. Whether it's making new friends, engaging on social media, or strengthening bonds with family, these interactions shape us, teach us, and help us grow. So, step out of your comfort zone, embrace the awkward moments, and build those connections. Life is too short to spend it alone.
That’s it for today’s chat. I’m Rican, and I’ll see you next time, Internet. Stay connected, stay real, and keep spreading those good vibes!

Hello, Internet. Rican here, and today I want to talk about challenges. Challenges are those pesky obstacles that pop up in our lives, testing our patience, strength, and sometimes even our sanity. They're like that final boss in a video game who just won't let you win easily. But you know what? Challenges are what make life interesting and worth living.
Let's dive into this.
First off, let me tell you about the time I decided to run a marathon. Yeah, I know, Rican running a marathon sounds like a joke, right? Well, I thought so too. But one day, I woke up and said, "Why not?" So, I laced up my shoes and hit the pavement. At first, it felt like I was a majestic gazelle, gracefully gliding through the streets. Fast forward to mile five, and I was more like a struggling tortoise, questioning all my life choices. But you know what? I kept going. Every step was a battle, but crossing that finish line was the most exhilarating feeling ever. It taught me that no matter how tough the challenge, persistence is key.
Now, let’s talk about challenges in our creative journeys. As a content creator, I've faced my fair share of haters and trolls. Those guys are like the mini-bosses of the internet, always lurking, ready to pounce with their venomous comments. My first negative comment was a real kicker. Some dude said, “Your content is so bad, it makes my eyes bleed.” Ouch, right? But instead of letting it get to me, I used it as fuel to improve my content. I rewatched my videos, tweaked my style, and came back stronger. Sometimes, these challenges are just opportunities in disguise, pushing us to become better versions of ourselves.
Speaking of pushing ourselves, let’s talk about food challenges. Oh boy, as an Asian, I love my food. But once, I took on the ultimate spicy ramen challenge. Now, I pride myself on handling spicy food, but this ramen was something else. With each bite, it felt like a dragon was breathing fire in my mouth. Tears streaming down my face, I finished the bowl. The aftermath was brutal, but the sense of accomplishment was unbeatable. Sometimes, taking on a challenge is about proving something to yourself, showing that you have the grit and determination to see it through.
But not all challenges are physical. Mental challenges can be even tougher. Like learning a new skill or tackling a tough project. I remember when I decided to learn Japanese. At first, the characters looked like a bunch of squiggly lines. It was overwhelming, and I wanted to give up so many times. But I kept at it, practicing every day, and now I can hold a basic conversation. The satisfaction of overcoming a mental challenge is incredible. It shows you that with dedication and effort, you can achieve things you once thought were impossible.
In conclusion, challenges are a part of life. They test us, push us, and sometimes even break us. But they also make us stronger, wiser, and more resilient. Whether it’s running a marathon, dealing with haters, taking on a food challenge, or learning a new skill, each challenge we face shapes us into who we are. So, embrace the challenges, learn from them, and let them fuel your growth. Remember, life is all about stepping out of your comfort zone and daring to take on the impossible.
That’s it for today’s chat. I’m Rican, and I’ll see you next time, Internet.

Hello, Internet. Rican here, and today I want to talk about diet. Just in case somebody doesn’t know what a diet is, I personally believe the term "diet" means our everyday meals or the nutrition we absorb every time we eat. I love chatting about food, but diet is a different topic. Compared to food, diet involves our health more—it's another way to think about what we eat.
As an Asian, I’m freaking good at food. I know Uncle Roger, and every opinion he has about food is 90% correct with 10% pure insulting. Haiyaaaa. Just like that loser Rican, I told him to go to college and become a doctor or lawyer, yaiyyyaaa, and he ends up being a podcaster or YouTuber. Anyway, we have a great talent for food; most of us live in the kitchen, playing with woks and spatulas as our toys. We can use magical food combinations to create medically delicious cuisine. Let me give some examples: when a woman has just had a baby, there’s always someone who steps up and cooks a set of confinement meals for her. The chef might make a classic black chicken soup, a nutritious soup made with black chicken, ginseng, and other medicinal herbs. It’s believed to help strengthen the body and boost vitality. And the chef might just be the woman’s mother-in-law or Uncle Wang. I mean, the chef could really be any cousin in the family, capable of designing a whole professional confinement meal plan for a month for the new mother.
We understand the most beneficial combinations of food. My father once had a serious car accident—his face was almost ruined, his body terribly injured, and he couldn’t even walk. You know what? He didn’t even go to the hospital; he just bandaged the wound and ate my grandpa’s special medicinal pork soup. One month later, bang, he could walk again, and was as handsome as Ryan Reynolds—even though he’s Asian. True story. Maybe the last part sounds a bit exaggerated, but it’s a true story.
We even have a myth about a guy who walked on his bare legs through the whole world to taste every single ingredient, writing a book that records every plant’s information. No matter what the plant was, when he saw something new, the first action was to eat it and see what happened. Sometimes it was normal delicious crops, sometimes colorful mushrooms.
I bet he definitely tried some good stuff. Damn, I wish I was there. After thousands of miles of walking and wild survival, this guy had the strongest body, considered almost invincible, and deserved the name “Legendary.” According to his behaviors, some believe his last words could have been, “This is poisonous.” True story. That book is real—it records a lot of wild crop information and gives serious analysis of every plant.
In conclusion, I believe we can heal our bodies with simple meals. Before I lived in Australia, I had a Japanese roommate who got sick. I cooked several medicinal dishes for her, and she said they were tasty and she felt much better. Diet is a very important factor in our daily life. If we eat food correctly, we can live longer and enjoy more joyful times, I guess. That’s today’s talk. I’m glad to chat with you guys. I’m Rican, and I’ll see you next time, Internet.
