I encourage you to be patient and open to the magic that will guide you towards your true purpose.

My partner in crime Nicola Lally comes on the poddy for round 2. The first time she was on, was not a fun one. It was 4 days after we had a still birth at 38 weeks. This time is a very different story. Her tenacity, and belief in our end result of starting a family together is next level. The amount of challenges and hurdles that we experienced and faced was a tough one. Either way, we now have a beautiful baby girl. She's now 5 weeks.
In this episode we discuss all aspects of our journey. Egg freezing, miscarriage, the heart-ache of a still birth at 38 weeks, and now having our little addition to our family Winter-Rose.

Andrew has worked and supported people that are nearing the end of their physical existence on earth. He is a bereavement and Palliative care specialist as well as an artist, and an incredible counsellor and coach assisting people to live life with meaning, truth and purpose.
I was hoping to find out how people are, when they're facing their final days. Is there something magical that arises within them? The answer is yes. They land in this safe and calm existence that allows them to share knowledge and wisdom that doesn't seem available to us when we're just living our every day lives. In truth, most of us live like we'll be here forever.
I received many gifts from this chat with andrew and honoured that he was able to share wisdom the way that he did.

After a little hiatus, i went into a nook of self-reflection and self study. I spent quite a bit of time connecting deeper into the worlds of the quantum.
There's so much scientific evidence to show that there's this whole other world out there that can be tapped into (other than the material world), so I consciously chose to practice connecting into that space.

I've set myself on a communication challenge to practice passing through these 3 gates in my own communication with friends, lovers, family, and most importantly myself. The task has definitely surprised me quiet a bit. I realised how hooked I am to negative communication, and how often I get involved in self-sabotaging language, communication and behaviour.
It takes a level of awareness and commitment that surpassed my initial assumption of this task.
