Scott braved foul New England snow and sleet to join us in-studio for this special boomerang episode. It's always so much fun to see Marc and his old buddy carrying on and this was a special treat for us, to enjoy one of our last in-studio audio-only sessions with Scott, and to learn about his zero hour moment before surgery...that would lead to his commitment to health, movement and wellness.

There, he discovered his passion for international relations and the study of cultures. He shares about his experiences as an international student in the Middle East and now in Washington D.C. and we enjoy every minute we have had learning about his journey and his hopes for the future!

Christine and Ambar met through Christine's nonprofit, The College Axis Project: Ambar is a college access scholarship recipient through Young Musicians Unite, an impactful nonprofit supporting music education for young people! Ambar met Christine as a result and they worked together as Ambar got ready to apply to colleges. Ambar's zero hour story is profound ,as you will find out: she found YMU and through the power of its amazing community, found healing and friendship and purpose in harnessing her musical talent. Meet friend of the Zero Hour, Bryan Spainhower. Guitarist and full-time musician is joining us from NIkomis, FL. Join us as he tells us about his zero hour story and his journey towards becoming a full time musician. He grew up on tour with Bonnie Raitt back in the seventies, learning to play the guitar surrounded by musicians.
