Judge Reed O’Conner ruled that the AFT's Final Rule regarding the pistol braces violated what an agency can do without congress passing a law, thus vacating that Final Ruling. In another win, the Supreme Court has determined that bump stocks are not classified as a machine-gun and struck down the ban on them that was set in place during the Trump administration. So for now, pistol braces and bump stocks are completely legal to own again. YouTube has also updated their policy on firearms content, further putting limits on what type of content creators can make. The City of Chicago is suing Glock because it's too easy for criminals to attach "Glock switches" to their guns. Even though Glock does not make these switches and they are illegal to own. Another sue happy anti-gun group is suing social media platforms, blaming them for mass shootings. Being a firearms dealer since 2017, I have noticed a huge decline in not only the number of people attending local gun shows in our area but also the number and size of the vendors. We discuss what might be causing this and any affects that it has on the gun community. Colorado has introduced House Bill 24-1292 which would not only ban "assault weapons" but goes as far as other firearms that have certain features. With the democrat majority in both the house and senate, the outlook does not look good for the gun community.
