It's the kick-off to Season 3 of the Texas Trophy Hunters podcast, "The Voice of Texas Hunting", and we had the opportunity to hook up with Brandon Bredemeyer from the West Texas Chapter of SCI. They are a 501c3 volunteer organization raising money for wildlife conservation, education, and humanitarian grants. Over $1,000,000 was distributed in the last 3 years to local and global causes.
Examples include scholarships, clean water projects, wildlife research, anti-poaching efforts, the Borderlands Research Institute, and the Texas Parks and Wildlife Foundation.
We also had the opportunity to talk a little bit about hunting and some of the stuff that Brandon enjoys hunting! Nothing beats a good story!

She has spent the past decade working as an ambassador for multiple conservation organizations, a spokesperson for empowering females in the outdoor community, and a television personality on multiple series and platforms. Her role as President of CarbonTV has lead her to rapidly scale the largest OTT / AVOD / FAST platform for digital distribution of outdoor content.

On this episode of the Voice of Texas Hunting we had the opportunity to visit with one of our vendors for the 2023 Hunters Extravaganza, Cameron Coley. Cameron owns a company in San Antonio called Empire PBF that creates innovative & functional equipment using CNC Machines, Fiber Lasers, & dedication, providing customers with equipment to enhance their equipment. Not only did we learn about Empire, we also got a glimpse into his life and what led him to start this Texas based business.

Legislation can really affect the rights that we have and how we are able to pass on the tradition of hunting to future generations. Often times, the issue of legislation is out of sight, out of mind. In this episode of Texas Trophy Hunters podcast, "The Voice of Texas Hunting", Cody has the opportunity to talk with Chris Tymeson who works on the governmental affairs team for SCI.
