What a little bit of faith can do if you don't even believe in you
Why would you think or expect anybody else that's around you to?
I done did things that I regret
I done said things I can't take back
Was a lost soul at a crossroad who had no hope but I changed that -

*Trigger Warning*
I wish Icould say this was solely prompted by recent events, but it's not. Unfortunately this shit has been going on and no one says anything, aside from whispering to others. This is a podcast about sexual assault.

Guess you have to listen in and see what its all about

Be it something BIG or be it something small, this is something I think we all have felt at one time or another....or even all the time lol. But WHY? Why are we inherently scared of what we don't know, because lets be real, aside from that one annoying person that each of us have in our lives that claims to know everything about everything, WE DO NOT KNOW EVERYTHING. Life is an adventure, a trek full of turns and twists, and ups and downs, internal and external. Embrace it, live it, love it, don't be scared to fail, but most importantly don't be scared to WIN.

Why do so many men suffering silence?
Why do we tell our young dudes to "man up" when they are feeling down
What can WE do to help?

Today marks the ONE YEAR anniversary of the podcast!!

*TRIGGER WARNING*
This episode I'm joined by Amber, an out reach worker at Transition House. We talk further into the top of intimate partner abuse, stats from across Canada, and what you can do if you to break the cycle, and become a survivor. We also discuss Claires Law, which I think is an amazing tool that people can use to help break the cycle before it starts.
PLEASE REMEMBER, YOU ARE NOT ALONE!!

After the podcast where I got my cards read, it really prompted me to look even further within, who I am, what im about, where I am, and where I came from. Its not an easy thing to do to be honest.
