What I want you to know about being a coach who doesn’t profit off your failure like diet culture and regular fitness coaches naturally do. Why you get angry when you want to do my way and can’t pull it off. Utmost essential self insights that I cannot give you, just lead you towards your realizations. You are just human and it’s ok to be and expected to be but I…want to be beyond and to be more. That ambition isn’t mainstream level, it’s eagle level. Diet starts Monday right? Haha! Today I go grocery shopping and bringing my phone to snap shots of my favorite holy cows of diet junk I used to love to enjoy on refeeds, but now that I am in another chapter of my diet life I have more nutrition passion on all occasions, which means my greedy mouth isn’t “at the same level” as you who are living fitness life as younger students in eagle mode life. I want to share with you to give inspiration and insights about how to truly love to live life lean for life my way! The freedom to have options and the loving happy to be a fit foodie for life. You’ll find my finds in FD8 muscle & strength tomorrow!

A pretty long walk down the history lane about the first “go on a diet”, dieting for competition, shifting over from that to lifestyle and the struggle maintaining the way I got lean, the early cheat day life vs refeeds, fear of practice and why the obsession about “purity diet” is such a telltale of the preceding lack of care about nutrition at all. The three things you practice to sustain on a good path I call the holy trinity of fitness: diet, exercise & mindset. These things are to keep refining for life to keep growing for life, the wanna be 20 again women aren’t my tribe, my warriors and I love to live to be our best every day, who want to feel happy being our selves, not copies of ideals, culturally engrained myths and to LOVE TO BE YOUR OWN BEST FRIEND! And this every day, not just when your ideal self LEADS your life 100%.

I had an amazing day yesterday when I seized the training day live in my vip client group I opened to host my tribe of eagles so we have one oasis to come home to together forever without the in and out people who take up so much energy but never give any of positive fuel in return. ❤️

Life waits for no woman! I played my movie out and realized I set up that online gym place I dreamed of by scheduling my first vip form check event, then fast forward it hit me, oh now let’s keep that group open for workout journals and an oasis for my VIPs and I who are not flaking in and out but stay around to build our fitness life together and maintain it with love and happiness. I never had this option, it was always “ending” with challenges based on the main format of yoyo dieting and weight loss transformation that I never cared for but didn’t have enough passion to fight for my way, until I found my why and how in 2019, right before the pandemic and when the pandemic hit.
I’m excited to try this out with you who love the concept of training together like a real team of warriors, not little fitness toddlers!
You who want to join this option will be invited tomorrow and forward right away, then the official date for “event” I kick off and host will be May 1-5.
If you love this group setting and function I’ll keep it open and then this serves as the mixed group gym oasis fight club kinda place where I am your trainer, I lead and you follow!
This is where I’ll expand into my group lead video training live and classes I’m building up under my name and brand Pauline nordin.
