    She runs a global network of fashion brands looking to grow globally. She had a background in Comms in hospitality in some of the best hotels and learnt how these businesses were run. They are not like any of the big consultancy firm as they specialise in the fashion industry.

    She is a Mum first and feels this helps as a CEO - nurturers. With 2 young children, her day starts with prayer, then serves the children first then start work. Weekends are sacred for the family.

    She admires - Emma Grede - Good American CEO & Co-Founder from the UK

    Recently did a certified course on AI from MIT (USA) and sees it as important for managing data.

    Book recommendation: The Bible is the most important book she reads daily - wisdom, strength, guidance. She even has prayer points around the house and focuses on one each month.

    She believes that collaboration and partnering is key in the fashion industry as some of the big players are doing.

    Tips: always have 2/3 products to sell and promote the best; brand identity is key.

    If you had £100m to invest? - would build a creche and learning centre for all the women in her business; help mothers put their children through school around the world. Finally, fashion is a rat race, you need to love it!

  • He came out of semi-retirement. He is a tech designer and architect.

    It is a private family investment fund, working with a wide range of firms.

    He has build a digital version of himself that can sit in various organisations!

    His mum was like an entrepreneur working 4 jobs and Dad working 70hrs a week.

    He got some great advice from his first NED - sell the business as soon as possible.

    He spend 40% of his time in conversations with colleagues (50%) and with his digital self (50%)!

    When he thinks of success, he thinks of his Mother & family - giving to charity.

    Does not like to look too long ahead 18-24months max.

    He feels part of a digital revolution - can make more money, with less risk. Can deliver more value, cheaper and more accurately.

    Book rec - What they don't teach you at Harvard Business School by Mark McCormack

    One of his biggest challenges is to find the right talent.

    Final tips - cash is king; paper valuation is worthless - its all about real value; and find great coaches and great mentors.
