It started with a sneeze. What followed where months of physical therapy, steroid injections, and unyielding pain. An E.R. trip resulted in a terrifying out of body experience, surgery, and scars. Both physical and emotional.
This project examines scars. The initial event and reverberating results. How does a traumatic experience change us? Can you ever "get over" the experience? Or are we forever connected to it?
