For today’s winter solstice, I invite you to light a candle for yourself and join me for 15 minutes of guided meditation. This is a soft letting-go to make room for love from the self and the world around us. With the holidays here, it’s easy to get lost in giving and preparing. Making room for the self, even only 15 minutes, will allow you to show up as a more loving version of yourself.
Do it for you, and do it for the ones you love.
And when you do, let me know what you think by leaving a review, it helps mucho
Happy Solstice, and happy holidays ❤️🔥

Metta, or loving kindness, when practiced regularly, will decrease negative emotions to the self or others. I find sometimes when I’m grouchy (yes, yogi’s get grouchy), that the world seems to reflect that back at me. The same happens when things feel good. Try this 12 minute meditation to see how loving kindness can reflect back at you.

10 MINUTE MEDITATION
You might be saying "Oh jeez, another breath meditation?" BUT I chose to start here because everyone who is alive can breathe. Anyone can change the trajectory of their day just by taking a couple minutes to watch the breath. There is no such thing as perfection with meditation. There is no goal to turn off your thoughts. It is all about friendliness and patience with the self for trying -- you might even feel good!
Please feel free to share this podcast with friends and leave us a review, it's greatly appreciated!
