simply put - we block out a half-day to talk through the health of the business. we discuss the state of internal SOPS, how to improve our current services, what services we believe our clients are missing & so on.
but most importantly, we realign on how we want to FEEL in the business.

are we PROUD of what we're creating?
are we INSPIRED by our vision of the future of sauce?
are we getting out & having GENUINE experiences that promote creativity?
prioritizing the health of our team's creativity has become first & foremost in our company. when our team is run ragged, they can't create at their fullest potential... & it's honestly not fun anymore. we lose that creativity when we get stuck in formalities & the day-to-day.
