On this episode Seb & Izzy are tackling intrusive thoughts, taking a look into how they might affect our everyday lives and discussing why we get them in the first place. They can be a real pain and usually strike while we're doing something fun or relaxing, especially when you're on holiday or having the trip of a lifetime, but they're more normal than you probably realise.
Of course, we also have a discussion about pro wrestlers, The Matrix, and Yorkshire farmers in what is the wildest episode of the Slow Thinking Podcast yet! Izzy has another great exercise as well as some great tips in this episode too, and don't forget you can message us on our instagram or email to tell us how you found the exercise or just to share your thoughts with us!

Welcome back to the Slow Thinking Podcast! This episode is all about our four-legged companions; we talk about rescue dogs, travelling with our pets, and the mental health benefits of having these furry companions in our lives. If you're not a dog person, then why the heck not? After this episode, you'll be rushing down to the local rescue centre and carrying one home on each shoulder.
As always, we'd love to hear your comments and experiences of travelling with your pets over on our Instagram @theslowthinkingpodcast!
Disclaimer: This one really is all about dogs, so if you're afraid of dogs or don't like walking, then you're barking up the wrong tree with this episode. We won't be mad if you skip it, but our dogs will judge you forever. You have been warned!

As always, Izzy sets an exercise )that Seb will try his best to get out of) at the end of the episode, and you can share your results with us on instagram @theslowthinkingpodcast!
