Dr. Leland Stillman studied Biology and Environmental Health at Connecticut College and received his medical doctorate from the University of Virginia. He then trained in Internal Medicine at Maine Medical Center. He practiced as a Hospitalist for three years following his residency training. He went on to found his own practice just before COVID. Dr. Ratti Handa, a practicing dentist in the Boston area since 1999, has always been deeply curious about the person behind the teeth. Her journey toward promoting overall health and healing through dentistry eventually led her to adopt a biologically holistic approach, with a focus on airway-centered dentistry.
Dr. Handa’s philosophy shifted to viewing the person through the lens of airway health, rather than solely focusing on teeth and gums. Today, she rarely addresses issues related to teeth, gums, or bite without first evaluating the patient's airway.
Over the years, Dr. Handa has successfully collaborated with professionals from various fields, including functional medicine, nutrition, health coaching, myofunctional therapy, physical therapy, sleep specialists, general dentists, chiropractors, and optometrists. Together, they work toward the common goal of optimizing airway health for overall well-being.
Dr. Handa finds the field of dentistry exciting for its potential to improve nasal breathing, while ensuring optimal bite alignment, tongue positioning, and TMJ joint health. Her approach promotes a relaxed, closed lips posture, which has a profound effect on the parasympathetic nervous system. She is passionate about watching the benefits of this body-centric approach, where teeth, bite, and the fascia all work in harmony, allowing for better communication between the head, neck, and the rest of the body.
In addition to her airway-centered practice, Dr. Handa incorporates sleep hygiene awareness and coaching into her treatments. She believes that with the right approach, a good night’s sleep can become the norm, rather than a luxury, even in today’s fast-paced world.

Kirk Parsley completed SEAL training at the age of 19 and served as a 60-gunner on SEAL Team Five in Coronado, California. He left the SEAL community in 1994 to pursue a college education. Later, he re-entered the US Navy to attend the military's medical school in Bethesda, Maryland, where he was commissioned as a Navy Officer in 2000.
After completing medical school, internship, and residency, Kirk returned to the SEAL teams as the physician for the West Coast SEAL teams. Kirk was tasked with helping the world's most elite warriors optimize and maintain their performance after eight years of sustained combat. It was during this period that he noticed a significant gap between "healthcare" and true "health."
Kirk was compelled to delve into extensive alternative medical literature, synthesizing and applying it effectively and practically to ensure the SEALs could perform at their peak 365 days a year. Performance and fitness are related components of a SEAL's ability, but they are not synonymous.
Due to the limitations and restrictions of medical interventions available in austere environments with limited medical support, Kirk had to develop plans that relied minimally on pharmaceuticals, supplements, or gadgets. His unparalleled success led him to become a sought-after medical human performance expert, not only for Navy SEALs but also for various military special forces commands. He parlayed this experience into private consulting for professional sports teams, international corporations, law enforcement, first responders, the Department of Justice, entrepreneurs, and executives.
Dr. Parsley has collaborated with numerous elite performers, achieving remarkable results in optimizing their physical, cognitive, and emotional performance. His philosophy is straightforward: our bodies are built on a 100,000+ year-old model, and we perform best by emulating the lifestyle we evolved to live as closely as possible, striving to attain the health metrics of our 25-year-old selves. Kirk firmly believes that 80% of health is derived from focusing on Sleep, Nutrition, Exercise, and Stress mitigation, with a strong emphasis on Sleep.
Kirk is certified in Hyperbaric Medicine, Anti-Aging Medicine, Hormone Replacement Therapy, and is currently pursuing national certification in Psychedelic Medicine Therapies. He dedicates a significant portion of his time to advising non-profit organizations that support the SEAL community and providing healthcare guidance and treatment to veterans. Operating his practice and supplement business from Austin, Texas, Kirk is an avid outdoorsman and fitness enthusiast. Jeffrey Durmer is a systems neuroscientist, neurologist, and sleep medicine physician. He earned his MD and Ph.D. in systems neuroscience from the University of Pennsylvania, is the past director of the Emory University Sleep Laboratory and Pediatric Sleep Medicine Program, and co-founder of Nox Health, a population sleep healthcare company based in the Atlanta, GA, and Nox Medical, a leading sleep technology firm based in Reykjavik, Iceland.
He is a member of the NIH Sleep Disorders Research Advisory Board, serves on the Board of Directors of the RLS Foundation, is chair of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine Foundation Development Council, and is the Sleep Performance Director for the United States Olympic Weightlifting team, along with many other professional and elite athletic organizations. Currently, he is the Chief Medical Officer of Absolute Rest, a tech-enabled high-performance sleep health and behavioral management company.

Dr. Zaghi graduated from Harvard Medical School, completed residency in ENT (Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery) at UCLA, and Sleep Surgery Fellowship at Stanford University. The focus of his sub-specialty training is on the comprehensive treatment of tongue-tie, nasal obstruction, mouth breathing, snoring, and obstructive sleep apnea. He is very active in clinical research relating to sleep disordered breathing with over 80+ peer-reviewed research publications in the fields of neuroscience, head and neck surgery, and sleep-disordered breathing.
Dr. Zaghi is particularly interested in studying the impact of tethered-oral tissues (such as tongue-tie) and oral myofascial dysfunction on maxillofacial development, upper airway resistance syndrome, and obstructive sleep apnea. He is an invited lecturer, author, and journal reviewer for topics relating to the diagnosis and management of sleep-disordered breathing and tongue-tie disorders.
Research interests include: Study design, literature review, and statistical analysis. Special interest in collaborative and multidisciplinary research projects relating to airway and breathing disorders, obstructive sleep apnea, nasal obstruction, upper airway resistance syndrome, pediatric sleep disorders, myofunctional therapy, frenuloplasty, facial and airway development, and maxillofacial reconstructive surgery.

As a college athlete, supposedly at the pinnacle of health, Carrie began suffering chronic joint issues and insomnia. After her first child was born, she developed debilitating stomach pain, adrenal fatigue, and brain fog. Armed with a BS in Biology, an MS in Nutrition, and certifications as a personal trainer, massage therapist, and breathing coach, she still couldn't find the root of her issues. Jules Goldberg is the founder of Sleepwave. He has created other top-rated sleep apps that are part of the Reviva Softworks portfolio, including the acclaimed SnoreLab. Most recently he developed and launched Motionscape, an immersive relaxation app.
With a passion for engineering, Jules pioneered snoring detection in apps and subsequently quinvented the patented motion-sensing technology that powers Sleepwave.
He is a self-taught developer who is passionate about creating apps that have a positive impact and solve real-world problems. Jules created his first app SnoreLab in 2012, armed with only a laptop and a head full of ideas. The app has since had over 13 million downloads and has helped countless people around the world with their sleep and snoring issues.
The company is fully bootstrapped with no external investors.
Jules studied at the University of Cambridge. He lives in London with his wife and two children.

Christopher J. Allen, MD (SleepDrChris) is a board certified Sleep Medicine Doctor for kids and adults. He received his sleep medicine training at the University of Michigan (Go BLUE 💙 💛).

Dr. Scott Sherr is a Board Certified Internal Medicine Physician Certified to Practice Health Optimization Medicine (HOMe) and a specialist in Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT).
