    Today I want to talk about the importance of deep sleep:

    lets be honest, we've all heard the general recommendation on how to sleep better, that we should all get between 7 and 9 hours of sleep, to function optimally throughout the day...

    As long as you have your 8 hours of optimal sleep you're good to go...

    But the truth is, the QUANTITY of your sleep is not all that matters, in fact what is just as important is the QUALITY of your sleep.

    As a matter of fact, I happen to have an Oura ring, and the beauty of this tool is that I can track my sleep quality, all the different stages of sleep, and this allows me to learn how to sleep better, and improve my sleep routine:

    but sometimes when I wake up in the morning and I'm looking at the levels of deep restorative sleep that I get, it’s not uncommon for my readings from the night before to be ALMOST LAUGHABLE, because they are SO BAD.
